I have a daughter (8y) used to travel, cliled Acetanango in Guatemala, did a trek of 100km on Iles de la runion with climing of Piton des neiges et Piton de la fournaise. Did some travel in Togo sleeping in tents, etc. So child used to travel in grouos and walk. Please confirm if it will be possible.

Regarding the departure you are interested in, "Real Peru" on September 2, 2026, we would like to inform you that this particular tour is specifically designed for travellers within the age range of 18 to 35 years. Unfortunately, due to this age restriction, we are unable to accept anyone outside of this range, including children.

I want to skip lake titicaca and Puno and add rainbow mountain. I want a shorter trip of 10days. is it possible with this trip and what would be the updated cost be? How big are group sizes? does this include meals and accomodation

Our tours are set itineraries. However, we do make sure that we present optional, or additional activities. On the 10th day of the tour you've selected, there is the option of trekking the Rainbow Mountain. That way, you wouldn't miss out on anything. To adjust the itinerary, it would involve having to reach out to our Tailor Made team. However, they do require a minimum of 4 travelers, and 12 weeks of advanced notice to make arrangements and to quote any updated pricing. The choice to miss days on a set tour does not reduce the cost of the trip. This particular trip has a maximum of 16 travelers, with all accommodations included. Additionally, there are 14 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and 6 dinners included.

I will be turning 30 end of May, less than 2 months before this trip. Wondering, is the 29 year old cut off for your trips based on booking date or trip date?

We can be flexible for up to a few months on our 18 to 29s tour.

Does the ss include your own tent during the camping as well as single room in the other accommodation for the Real peru and bolivia?

In regards to our Real Peru Trip, a single supplement is available if you'd prefer not to share a room on this trip. The single supplement excludes Day 2 and Day 3 (Amazon Jungle) and Day 12 (Lake Titicaca, Homestay)where you will be in shared accommodation and is subject to availability. While hiking the 4 Day Inca Trail or the 3 Day Inca Quarry trail portion of this trip you may be joined by other Intrepid and/or non-Intrepid travellers. You will however have your own tent.
