it wont cost you extra to have private tour and guide. the wheel chair is based on availabilty, if you have one you can bring with you. about attraction, as long as is private tour, the time will be based on your walk and the guide will help you during your trip. yes, you can visit valley of queens and have time to visit the tombs, most interesting tomb is tomb of queen nefertari. about Luxor museum, is located at the city and can be arrange as an optional tour also papyrus museum.
