Dear Valued Guest , Thank you so much for taking the time to review our tours and we are sorry that you didn't enjoy it that much , We would like to clear many misleading point in such review in very polite way : A- ** We didn't charge YOU a single pound for PCR , We only gave complementary transfer rounded trip 2 times to the lab and you finished all of their stuff there directly with the lab ( It was complimentary transfers to fix your tour needs and it is proved because we have a copy for the PCR printed for you , we are a travel agent not a lab ) ,, B- All included tours was done without a single pound extra , you only paid extra to upgrade your sleeper train in the way back to be a flight so it fits your international flight , you already discussed and got all details for domestic flight even before you arrive to Egypt , this is also proved in our reservation chat screen :) , C- We upgraded the hotel in Luxor to be 5 stars instead of 4 as the itinerary , and from the first moment till the last moment all tours , transfer , guide simply were perfect , Imagine 6 days for Cairo , Aswan , Abu Simbel , Luxor , it wouldn't even work if there is a single mistake ,, D - YOU say the hotels don't know us , I'm not sure how you can know that , You checked in smoothly in all hotels in Cairo , Aswan and Luxor and left 3 USD tipping + one candy in your bed for Cairo Hotel ;) , I think this show how much we keep an eyes for our our guests even to make sure about room standard not only hotel standard , G- We take Photos and videos for our guests in all sightseeing is normal for tours unless you say we obligate you inside the sightseeing to praise the guide , HOW CONVIEIENT ? ( The guide or the company don't have PCR , he only arrange transfer to lab , because simply we are a travel agent to help not a lab to have or hide any PCR result ) , H- Tour paid by credit card once your proceeded the reservation via Tour Radar , Please check your reservation details , you only paid for the domestic flight upgrade as we dealt before you arrive , also it is proved in chat screen ............ Notes : 1- You say they travel around the world , although Mr. Barry told me personally that this is the second time to travel although he is 68 Years old :) ,, 2- YOU enjoyed the tour as a private one without any extra cost , you had one Guide for all Cairo and another guide for Aswan . Abu simbel and Luxor ( in between they had overnight private room in sleeping train ) You even know the names of the hotels before you arrive via chat screen ,, 3- We have dealt with you by all patience and kindness because we respect older people here like our fathers and mothers as a first priority away from being a guests ,,,, 4- At 6 AM on the transfer to Cairo airport on the last day , you discovered that you had old phone and you need the PCR printed , we had to open our office at 6 AM to print it for YOU ,,, 5- Please have a look for our chat history to make sure about how helpful we were even before they arrive ,,, WE COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU that Tour Radar is very professional and helpful company , That's why it is a great honor for us to work with them for the past years ...
