  We really enjoyed our tour of Morocco with Tour Radar and Discover Morocco. We stayed at 4 star hotels, some of which would not make that standard elsewhere but overall they were okay. Next time I would pay the extra for 5 star. They were very organized once we arrived. We would have liked more information sooner than the days before the tour - like what to expect and where we were staying - but given the different itineraries they were trying to coordinate, I get it. Our tour went from Tangier (loved it!) to Casablanca (not worth it) via high speed train, then an 8 hour very tight ride via van to Fez (definitely worth it) and then a 12 hour trip to Marrakesh (worth it!). The 12 hours was not worth it so we skipped out and took a flight instead for $100 each. Our group were exhausted when they arrived by van. We had a company rep with us everywhere as well as a driver. Each location had a local guide to give us a tour of the city. The quality of the guides varied but we loved Bashir in Tangier and Fatima in Rabat. Our driver Hamza in Tangier took very good care of us including driving us to Chefchaouen for a day. We didn’t like the carpet, scarf, argan oil and leather shops that seemed to be part of each tour and were really just sales jobs. After a while we just said no when we were taken to yet another carpet store! Overall I gave the tour four stars because it was far less expensive than the other tours available, so it was good value for our money. The tour company did look after us and looked after all the details. Breakfasts were included at each hotel. More information up front would have alleviated our anxiety.   This tour was simply excellent! All of the cities and sites we stopped at were incredible and I'm glad I went through this company. The accommodations were fantastic and the communication with the tour coordinator(s) was superb. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, they were very quick to respond and solve any problems. The drivers were also very hospitable (Amine is amazing). Morocco is a beautiful country with very friendly people. I learned a lot about the country's culture and history. I highly recommend this tour and going through this company. It was a great experience and a highlight of my summer. Thank you for everything!Show more

  Best of Morocco Tour was Fabulous. Day one was filled with doubt and uncertainty as to who the guide was, then the Hotel was not able to find out booking. After arriving in Casablanca by high speed train, still not sure what our guide looked like, there he was with my name on the sign. We were escorted to our Hotel. Everything from this point on was excellent. Finest Hotels, Great Breakfast all part of the Tour Package, Great Transfer Service. Seeing Morocco this way is an absolute pleasure. MontyShow more

  Not worth the money. Felt uneasy with the lack of information shared to two young female travellers (however anyone would have felt the same way). Often spent entire days travelling which could have been easily avoided by planning better routes. Also gave the impression of an "all-inclusive" given the price, yet was constantly paying extra for things. Also often felt pressured to pay extra/go into places which cost extra. Still an amazing country and an amazing experience but this company did it a disservice. The individual drivers and guides were all very good themselves. At one hotel we felt very unsafe/it was not clean and our concerns were completely ignored. Furthermore, we were given the impression that this would be a group tour which it was not. It was also given the impression that there would be one tour guide with us the entire time, but we never met the person organising it.Show more

The tour gives our travellers the opprtunity to discover the northern cities of Tangier & Chefchaouen as well as Fes, Rabat, Casablanca & Marrakech in such a short duration by using the high speed train. The itinerary was clear enough and I don't know what you mean by planning a better routes. Also, the tour is featured with a 3* hotels with the option to upgrade to 4* hotels. The tour clearly mentions that only breakfast is included with local professional guide in every city. We only offer a small group not exceeding 10 passengers. In your case you were 4 travellers travelling in a miniva of 7 seaters. Kind regards Omar

Every single city, hotel room, driver, guide, restaurant, guide was very satisfactory (except for this one guide who asked for a generous tip). Everyone was polite and attentive.Show more
