  The sites we visited was more historical and also a learning.for us. I was a bit dissapointed with the five star hotels as their bathrooms were not disability friendly and some 84 years old pensioners could not climb into the bath-tab to bathe. Also the W.C were always wet and dirty especially the Sabita Airport where at midnight the toilets were filthy ....ladies were forced to find alternatives in the departure sector. One Austalian couple entered the bus with the flu which resulted in 90% of the travellers catching it because of the close enviroment we were travelling in the bus. They should have wore mask to prevent the spread. Tipping the guide also became an issue where he requested it before reaching our final destination and was not satisfied from what he received from some pensioners he curtly returned it to some passengers requesting to give it to the driver instead.....bearing in mind the driver was already tipped and was happy with it. He even had the odesity to request that passengers rate the trip 9 to 10 as 8 was not good enough. He is by all standards an excellent guide ....helpful....knowledgeable ...organized etc but his grading request and the tipping left a sour taste at the end of the tour which was supposedly to end on a happy note. Last comment not vegetarian or plasbetarian friendly. Hence it is Ok but certainly not excellent.Show more

  Turkey is AMAZING! The itinerary was great and hit ALMOST everything i wanted to see. Every day was an adventure. The tour guide, Altay, was an archaeologist so we got really in-depth information at sites like Troy and Ephesis. A lot of meals were built in which was cost-effective and convenient. But there was very little free, unstructured time and strict schedule. In the future i will likely keep such structured tours to 10 days or less, but this is a great way to have a no-stress vacay and get a thorough sampling of locations to return to later.Show more

  Was planning a in June Turkish tour howver current global events associated with Corona Virus limits travel and when entering countries mandatory 14 days of isolation are also required. Wanting ensure my families safety I requested cancellation of the tour and return of deposit. This was rejected Tourradar. Very disappointed :(Show more

  This tour provided a comprehensive look at the fascinating history of the country. The Tour Director gave in-depth commentaries which I found very illuminating and helped me to understand the modern Turkey. He managed the travel extremely well with regular breaks at excellent facilities. Even though it was winter there were still lots of tourists so I can only imagine the crowds and queues in Summer! I would highly recommend going to Turkey in the “off season”.Show more
