Start your journey where East meets West. The trip from Sabiha Gokcen Airport to your hotel takes about 1.5 hours with Istanbul traffic. Your first full day is perfect for exploring the historic Sultanahmet district. "Turkish people are very friendly and restaurants are everywhere, with reasonable prices due to the current exchange rate." Get to Hagia Sophia early before the 10 AM tour groups arrive. Remember to bring a scarf for the Blue Mosque as shoulders need to be covered.

- Days 3-5
Cappadocia
Take a 90-minute morning flight to Kayseri. Stay in Göreme instead of Ürgüp to be closer to the main sites. You'll see incredible fairy chimneys, rock-cut churches and underground cities. Start at Göreme Open Air Museum in the morning to see the frescoes in the best light. The Rose Valley offers beautiful sunset views. The rock formations in Devrent Valley look their best between 4-6 PM when the light hits just right.

Begin in Istanbul's historic center. Visit Topkapi Palace early (8:30 AM to avoid crowds), followed by the incredible Hagia Sophia. The Blue Mosque is usually quieter in late afternoon. What people love about 2-week Turkey tours
- 14 Days - Highlights of Turkey&Blue Escape
All in all, I am happy with the tour. Turkish people are very nice and restaurants are everywhere, prices are reasonable due to the exchange rate at the moment. Good thing about this tour is that it is a small group. Tour agent is quite responsive before and during the tour. Here are some feedbacks I like to offer: 1. Airport pick up at Istanbul were not ideal. The sign is not always visible. The guy has the sign is probably doing pick up for several companies and frequently sending people to the car so may not always there. 2. As it is a small group, the tour guide/arrangement is different at each stop. Bottled water should be provided on bus but never got any except last bus from Fethiye to Dalaman. Coach from Pamukkale to Fethiye stated on would provide drink and tv but had none. 3. Last leg of Boat cruise is not up to standard compared with the rest of the tour. Food is pretty good but the narrower than single mattress in the cabin is TOO small for 2 persons to sleep in. The size of the boat should only accept 4 people instead of 6 people. 2 of my friends left the boat after first day. 4. Stay in town of Goreme instead of Urgup would be better for self exploring of the area but Hotel Fresco Cave is excellent. It is the best hotel on the tour! Thank you for selecting the hotel. Thanks Danny

Everything was more than expected. Tour director, Cem, made the tour very comfortable. Thanks. Just Istanbul tour can be said to be superficial. So, some in-depth tour plan would make it perfect.
- 14-Day Private, Premium Tour of TURKEY | Premium Tranquility & Relaxation! | VIP Road Trip | by ANGELS VACATIONS
We recently completed a 15-day private tour of Türkiye with Angels Vacations, and it exceeded all expectations (we added a few days to the 12-day tour). Our guide, Parviz (also the owner) was exceptional. He is deeply knowledgeable about Turkish history, culture, religion, archaeology, and daily life, and he shared information in a way that was engaging and never overwhelming. What truly made the trip special was his attentiveness and ability to personalize the experience. He knew when to guide, when to give us time to explore on our own, and when to adjust the itinerary based on our interests and physical comfort level (to deal with stairs and confined spaces). Every detail was thoughtfully handled, from hotel selections, very comfortable transportation, to restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated that the trip never felt rushed despite covering so much of the country. We highly recommend Angels Vacations to anyone looking for a thoughtful, well-organized, deeply enriching experience in Türkiye.
