Cappadocia was beautiful and a must do on your bucket list. Baloon ride is a must and a full day tour. Different and insightful. Baloon ride and day tour can be done in a day. Istanbul was a hiveb of activity with a lot of historic sites to visit. Walk the street and explore shopping and eating spots. Meals were expensive but worth it.
