    How do I cancel incomplete September 2025 tour

      Since are still outside the cancellation fee period, your booking will be cancelled at loss of deposit. The deposit will be placed under a Deposit Protection credit which has a validity of 5 years from the cancellation date of the original booking. You can redeem or use the Deposit Protection credit on your future booking with us. Deposit Protection credit cannot be used to pay the deposit on a future trip, standard deposit conditions apply which means that you are required to pay first a deposit before the travel credit can be applied or redeemed on your new booking. Please note the cancellation fees are subject to change, you can find the full cancellation policy on the right side of the screen at the attachment. We understand you have requested for us to cancel your booking however kindly confirm you wish to proceed given the fees applicable. Note: the booking will not be cancelled until you reply.

    • For any tour departing before December 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
