  I can only hope I can do another trip with Outshine in my lifetime. If you only read this far the company is fantastic, blew expectations out of the water and you should use them for your next trip. Communications from the very beginning were timely and informative from Gokul and his team, within 12 hours we always had a response to any inquiries we had which made us feel in good hands. Upon arrival everything was seamless from pickup to briefing the days ahead. Everything you possibly needed from currency to SIM cards was thought of and helped with. Asmita, checked in routinely to ensure that the trip was going well and to see if anything was needed which it never was because everything was already thought of. The highlight of the trip without a doubt was the trekking, but not just the beautiful mountains, amazing towns, forests and jungles, the main highlight was our guide Shom and our Porters Harka and Barbrom. Shom knew the land and rivers but more than that thought us about local customs, Buddhism, Hinduism, traditions, as well as song and dance and so much more. Every single day was laid out for us and if there were any issues or discomforts he would ensure it was taken care of. We never had any doubts with Shom that we would not make it over the mountain pass, he always went well beyond what was necessary going out of his way to ensure everything was always perfect. Harka and Barbrom were always there giving a helping hand with a smile on their face and a few times saved us from forgetting some pretty critical items at a tea house! There’s really not enough good to say about the three guys. In addition to trekking we had some additional days and Outshine lined up a trip to Chitwan National Park for us. This was a great short trip that again was added to our overall trip without any hiccups or issues. We enjoyed a great safari jeep tour and canoe river tour viewing beautiful animal and plant life. Our guide and accommodations again were excellent. Every bit of this trip, the drivers, the hotel staff, the guides, Gokul, Asmita, was and is 5-star worthy.   We did the Manaslu circuit and it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this hike enough....
  We did the Manaslu circuit and it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this hike enough. You see everything from emerald glacier rivers from daring suspension bridges, to lush green forests full of life (and monkeys), to absolutely breathtaking views of mountains while you feel like you’re on top of the world, and experience in depth culture and traditions. The only things that beat the views are all the incredible people along the way! They say Nepali people are some of the nicest people in the world and I couldn’t agree more! Our guide Som was the best guide EVER! He was very helpful and knowledgable, and went above and beyond every day to make sure we were comfortable. His great stories, stellar dance moves and words of encouragement are what got us up and over the pass. We also couldn’t have done it without our amazing porters Barburam and Harka. These mountain strongmen were so kind, generous and very patient with our slow legs (and slow brains trying to pick up the nepali they so gracefully taught us). Last but not least, Gokul and Asmita were very helpful in organizing the trip (even with some extra tours of kathmandu and chitwan) before we left and always quick to respond to any of our questions. This was my first time doing a hike like this and my first time in Asia and it would have been very overwhelming to try to organize myself, but everyone at Outshine Adventures made sure it was a smooth and spectacular experience. I will definitely be coming back to Nepal to experience more and asking for the same team to help me experience it!Show more
