Thank you for your honest feedback. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We understand how it could feel frustrating to have questions during the journey and not always have a guide available to provide detailed explanations. On this tour, the program includes a professional driver who accompanies you throughout the trip, while licensed local guides are provided in the main historical cities and sites such as ait ben haddou, Volubilis, Fes, and Marrakech. This approach allows guests to benefit from certified specialists in key locations while keeping the tour flexible and comfortable during travel days. That said, your experience is very important to us. If at any moment you felt that your questions were not fully addressed, we sincerely apologize. We always encourage guests to ask their driver questions as well, as they are knowledgeable about the regions and happy to share information during the journey. Your feedback helps us improve and clarify expectations for future travelers. We truly hope that despite this point, you were still able to enjoy Morocco’s landscapes, culture, and hospitality. Thank you again for traveling with us, and we would be happy to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, Ali

Dear Tsehaye, First of all, thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We truly appreciate your honesty. Feedback like yours is very important to us because it helps us improve. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the riads, the hospitality of the hotel staff, the scenic drives, and especially your guided tour in Fes. It’s wonderful to know that those parts of your journey were memorable and positive. However, we are sincerely sorry to read about the frustrations and disappointments you experienced. That is never the level of service we aim to provide. Regarding the hotel reservation on your arrival day, we completely understand how exhausting long-haul travel can be, and having to wait while sorting out a booking issue is unacceptable. We apologize for the inconvenience and stress this caused you. This should have been handled smoothly before your arrival. Concerning Volubilis, the guided visit is included in the program, and if there was any misunderstanding or additional payment made on site, please contact us directly with the details so we can review and resolve this properly. Transparency is extremely important to us. We also want to clarify the structure of the tour. The program includes an English-speaking driver who accompanies guests throughout the trip, and licensed local city guides in major historical cities such as volubilis, ait ben haddou and Fes, as well as at specific sites. However, we understand that the wording “driver/guide” may have created the expectation of having a fully guided explanation during all travel days. If this was not clearly communicated, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. We are already reviewing how this is presented to avoid misunderstandings in the future. As for the itinerary differences (restaurant stop, Rissani market, Majorelle Garden tickets), you are absolutely right that better communication would have made a difference. Some sites like the Majorelle Garden require advance booking due to limited availability, but this should have been clearly explained beforehand. Thank you for pointing this out. Traveling solo can already feel uncertain, and we understand that expectations around guidance and support were especially important in your case. We are sorry that your experience did not match what you were promised or what you had hoped for, especially given the positive reviews that influenced your decision. We truly regret that your experience did not reflect the standard we strive to maintain, and we thank you again for your honesty. Kind regards, Ali

Dear Anna, Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly happy to hear that you found the 7-day tour well organized and that our communication met your expectations. Morocco involves some longer driving distances, so we always carefully plan scenic and cultural stops along the way to make each travel day enjoyable rather than tiring — we’re glad this made a difference for you. Thank you as well for mentioning the hot air balloon situation. Weather conditions can sometimes require adjustments, and we always do our best to stay responsive and handle any changes or refunds quickly and transparently. Zakaria will be especially proud to read your kind words. Safety, professionalism, and sharing knowledge about Morocco are things he takes very seriously, and we’re delighted that he helped make your journey memorable. It means a lot that you would recommend both the tour and Zakaria. We truly appreciate your trust and your recommendation. You are always welcome back to Morocco for another adventure! Warm regards, Ali

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re delighted to hear that Zac took great care of you throughout the tour — he truly is one of our best. We appreciate your note about the riads. Indeed, traditional Moroccan riads are located inside the medinas and often require a short walk through the narrow streets, as well as stairs to reach the rooms. We always make sure that the riads assist with luggage, and we are happy this made things easier for you. We’re also glad that you enjoyed the variety of cities included in the itinerary and that you got to experience different sides of Morocco. Thank you again for choosing our tour — it was a pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another adventure!

And will we have a guided tour of Marrakesh or do we have to visit it by ourself at the end?

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

The tour can start with a pick-up directly from Casablanca Airport or from your hotel in Casablanca, depending on your arrival details. There is no need to go to a specific meeting point — our driver will pick you up.

At the end of the tour, you can choose to finish either in Marrakesh or in Casablanca. We will transfer you to the airport of your choice based on your departure plans.

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

Regarding Marrakesh: if you have enough time on the last day and your flight is not too early, we can arrange a guided city tour of Marrakesh with a local licensed guide. If your schedule is tight or you have an early flight, the visit would not be included.

Yes, it is absolutely fine to end the tour in Marrakesh instead of returning to Casablanca. This is a common request and a great way to save time and avoid the long return drive.

For this departure plan, there is no additional cost to finish the tour in Marrakesh. We will simply adjust the itinerary so that the tour concludes there, and you can fly out directly from Marrakesh Airport.

Will the cost be less since we don't need transfer to Casablanca? And upon arrival are we picked up at the airport in Casablanca?

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

Please note that the total price remains the same, even if the transfer to Casablanca is not needed.

      Regarding airport transfers:

If you arrive one day before the tour starts, the airport pickup in Casablanca is not included.
Our private tour officially starts at 09:00 AM on the first day of the itinerary.
At the end of the tour, we can include a transfer to Marrakech airport for your departure.

Official airport taxis are available 24/7 outside the arrivals terminal.

Yes, absolutely. It is possible to do this tour and finish with a departure from Marrakech. We can adjust the itinerary so that the tour ends in Marrakech, with a hotel drop-off or airport transfer depending on your flight schedule.

Can u please explain how the guide will be with us? Do we keep the same driver and meet different guides in each city?

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten December 2025

You will have one private driver with you for the entire tour from start to finish. In addition to that, you will meet local licensed guides in several cities (such as Fes, Marrakech, etc.) who will join you for the city visits and then leave once the tour is finished. So you will always have your main driver with you, and different expert guides in each city.

So if we make a couple of stops on the way to FES then the driver will be the one directing us at these stops? So essentially the driver is also our non official guide for a portion of this? Would that be correct?

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten December 2025

Your private driver will be with you for the entire journey, and during stops along the way to Fes, he will provide basic guidance and information about the sites you visit. While he is not an official licensed city guide, he is very knowledgeable and experienced, and will help you make the most of these stops. For specific city tours (such as in Fes, Marrakech, or other major destinations), we provide local licensed guides who will join you for a more detailed and informative experience.

Is it possible to get an example of what a stop would look like on the way to Fez?

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten December 2025

On the journey toward Fez, one of the most popular and enjoyable stops is the ancient Roman archaeological site of Volubilis. It's a perfect place to take a break, explore, and enjoy beautiful scenery. You'll have time to walk through one of the best-preserved Roman cities in North Africa. Highlights include stunning ancient mosaics, the basilica, the capitol, and the triumphal arch. Your local guide can share the history of the site at your own pace. It's also a great opportunity to stretch your legs, enjoy fresh air, and take beautiful photos of the surrounding countryside. This stop is flexible — you can spend as much or as little time as you like before continuing your drive to Fez.

I do have some concerns with visiting in August. Do the drivers arrange the schedule to avoid the mid day heat and be in the van during some of the hottest part of the day?

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten December 2025

Traveling in August can be hot, especially in the south of Morocco. To keep you comfortable, our drivers always adjust the daily schedule during the summer months. We start the day early in the morning, when temperatures are cooler. The itinerary is arranged so that outdoor visits happen before midday. During the hottest hours of the day, we are usually driving in the air-conditioned vehicle, or stopping for lunch/rest in shaded or indoor areas. In the desert, we also plan activities such as the camel ride closer to sunset, when it's more pleasant. Your comfort and safety are a priority, and our drivers are very experienced in adapting the schedule during summer.

For this tour, the visit to Hassan II Mosque usually begins at around 10:00 AM. Because of this, it's best if you arrive in Casablanca before 10:00 AM on the first day. If your flight arrives later than that, then we strongly recommend arriving one day before the tour starts, so you can rest and begin the tour on time the next morning.

I understand. Flights are a bit limited and it looks like I would land at 8:55am. That feels a bit close.

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten November 2025

Your arrival time at 8:55 AM is perfectly fine. Most of our travelers arrive around the same time, and it works very well with the tour schedule. We will pick you up from the airport, and you will have enough time to start the tour comfortably.

      1. As we will be staying in the same room, and do the accommodations provide a shattaf (bidet) in the bathrooms? 2. Are the trip schedule will be shared with time and places day by day? 3. Additionally, what kind of confirmation or guarantee will we receive after completing the payment? Can I split the payment to 2 or 4 payments? 4. It mentioned group size: 1 - 6, will it be organized if we are the only 2 people? 5. Lastly, I'm planning to capture Morocco with my drone — are there any restrictions or permits required for recreational drone photography and videography during the trip?

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten October 2025

Bathroom facilities: Most of the accommodations we use offer Western-style bathrooms, and many of them do have a shattaf (bidet spray). However, since not all riads or desert camps are equipped the same way, we can make a note on your booking to prioritize rooms with this feature whenever possible. Detailed itinerary: Yes, once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a complete day-by-day itinerary including the timing of activities, distances, and the places you'll visit each day. Payment and confirmation: After payment, you will receive an official booking confirmation, invoice, and travel voucher with all details of your tour, accommodations, and contacts. It's also possible to split the payment into 2 or 4 installments — whichever is more convenient for you. Group size: Even if only two of you book the tour, we will guarantee the departure and operate it privately for you with a dedicated driver-guide and comfortable 4x4 vehicle. Drone use in Morocco: Drones are generally restricted for tourists and require official authorization from Moroccan authorities before entry. Most airports will confiscate drones if brought in without prior permit. For photography and videography, you can capture amazing content with your phone or camera, and we'll help you find the most scenic spots for that perfect Moroccan footage.

    • Morocco Top TravelOperatorWritten October 2025

If your flight arrives in Casablanca on 23 November at 3:00 PM, it's best to start the tour on 24 November, so you have time to rest after your flight. We can arrange your airport pickup and one night of accommodation in Casablanca before the tour starts. For your return flight, since the tour finishes on the evening of 29 November, please book your departure for 30 November at 05:55 AM to avoid rushing. We can also organize your airport transfer early that morning. Regarding the visa: Singaporean passport holders do not need a visa to enter Morocco for stays up to 90 days.
