  Could you please quote me on the domestic flights' tickets we need to book, all the entry tickets, and the air balloon flight? Is it possible to stay one more day in Cappadocia and what else we could see there on top of what is already in the program and what would be an additional cost?

    You will need to book TK2019 from ASR (Kayseri) to IST (Istanbul Airport) as your domestic flight. You may arrange this directly through the Turkish Airlines website.
    Since Cappadocia is the last part of your package, it is of course possible to add one extra night there. The rates are as follows:
    Silver Package Hotels: USD 145 per night (double room, breakfast included)
    Gold Package Hotels: USD 185 per night (double room, breakfast included)

    Please note that our tour guides will have pre-paid skip-the-line tickets to avoid long queues. The cost of the used tickets can be paid directly to your guide in cash (Euro, USD, or Turkish Lira) during each tour.

    As you can see on the itinerary page, there is only 1 domestic flight in this package. All necessary details will be shared after your booking (domestic flight date for example). Hot air balloon price is 300 USD per person for May including pick up and drop off. It can be arranged as an extra after your booking. Our package tours are with small group like 12-15 people.

    And what are the differences in the hotel's quality between Silver Package and Gold Package?

  How much is the hot air balloon option? How much are the total entrance fees? Is departure guaranteed for Oct 5 or 12? How many people already booked the tour for those two days? Do you use the same tour guide for the entire tour? Do the same group of people travel the entire tour? How many shopping stops are there and how much time spent on each?

    The hot-air balloon price in Cappadocia for those dates is USD 350 per person, including pick-up and drop-off. Regarding shopping, there will be short visits (around one hour maximum) to atelier workshops during the Ephesus and Cappadocia portions of the tour — such as pottery making, carpet demonstrations, or stone workshops.

    Turkey Explorer - 11 Days tour covers top visited sites of Turkey and tour minibus will be used throughout the tour. From Istanbul to Canakkale (visiting Troy and Gallipoli) From Canakkale to Kusadasi (visiting Pergamum on the way) From Kusadasi to Antalya (visiting Pamukkale on the way) From Antalya to Cappadocia (visiting Konya on the way) - Flight upgrades can be made at the additional cost of $140 per person, depending on flight availability. From Cappadocia to Istanbul > plane will be used.

    would like to add an extra night in Cappadocia day 11, which means we would fly to Istanbul a day later - Day 12. Would you be able to coordinate both changes including transportation to/from the airport and hotel in Cappadocia and Istanbul. can we add a couple of extra nights at the hotel in Istanbul at the end of trip. we will later confirm check out either June 6 or June 7, 2025. Noelle and I will be sharing a room, requiring 2 twin beds throughout the tour. Also, we will be paying separately. Can you arrange for this?

    In standard tour package, you fly back to Istanbul on Day 10th, we can extend your stay by 1 day in Cappadocia and arrange you a flight to Istanbul on Day 11. Pre post accommodation will cost 140 USD (per room per night included breakfast) in Cappadocia. BUT, you will need an extra transfers in Cappadocia and Istanbul (since you wont be travelling with the group any more) which is total 175 USD for 2 people for 2 transfer. prepost accommodation in Istanbul can be arranged at the additional cost of 140 USD per room per night included breakfast. TWIN (2 separate beds in the room) can be arranged and also 2 different payment can be done.
