  1. Is departure of tour guaranteed for 2 people in a group with no last minute changes? 2. Is the land transport by a coach, mini bus/van or car? 3.     Yes, the departure is guaranteed. We operate this tour with guaranteed departures, even with a minimum of 2 participants, so there will be no last-minute cancellations due to the group size.
    
    Land transportation is provided by a Mercedes Sprinter van (minibus).
    
    There are 2 domestic flights included in the itinerary: Antalya (AYT) → Kayseri (ASR) and Kayseri (ASR) → Istanbul (IST). The price for these 2 domestic flights is USD 250 per person. You may add them during the booking process under the Extra Add-ons section. If you prefer to book the flights yourself, we will provide you with the recommended flight numbers and schedules after your reservation.
    
    We offer two hotel categories: Silver Package – 4-star hotels and Gold Package – 5-star hotels. You can view the package prices by selecting the different room types/package options on the tour page.
    
    We can gladly arrange pre- or post-tour accommodation. Silver Package Hotels: USD 140 per night (double room, including breakfast). Gold Package Hotels: USD 180 per night (double room, including breakfast).
    
    Yes, all of our regular group tours are operated with English-speaking guides.

  Can you tell me if there will be time on Day 1 or Day 2 I would have time to cross the Bosphorus Strait to visit the Asia side of Istanbul using the ferry boat?

    Day 1 is your arrival day. According to your flight schedule, we will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Sultanahmet.
    
    If your flight arrives early enough, you will have time to visit the Asian side of Istanbul, as the ferry terminal is only a 10–15 minute walk from your hotel.
    
    Alternatively, if your departure flight on the last day is not very early, you may also have some free time to explore before your airport transfer.
    
    The first and last days of the tour are reserved for your airport transfers.

    You will need to book TK2019 from ASR (Kayseri) to IST (Istanbul Airport) as your domestic flight. You may arrange this directly through the Turkish Airlines website.
    Since Cappadocia is the last part of your package, it is of course possible to add one extra night there. The rates are as follows:
    Silver Package Hotels: USD 145 per night (double room, breakfast included)
    Gold Package Hotels: USD 185 per night (double room, breakfast included)

    As you can see on the itinerary page, there is only 1 domestic flight in this package. All necessary details will be shared after your booking (domestic flight date for example). Hot air balloon price is 300 USD per person for May including pick up and drop off. It can be arranged as an extra after your booking. Our package tours are with small group like 12-15 people.

  How much is the hot air balloon option? How much are the total entrance fees? Is departure guaranteed for Oct 5 or 12? How many people already booked the tour for those two days? Do you use the same tour guide for the entire tour? Do the same group of people travel the entire tour? How many shopping stops are there and how much time spent on each?

    The hot-air balloon price in Cappadocia for those dates is USD 350 per person, including pick-up and drop-off. Regarding shopping, there will be short visits (around one hour maximum) to atelier workshops during the Ephesus and Cappadocia portions of the tour — such as pottery making, carpet demonstrations, or stone workshops.
