The tour company was hard to work with from the beginning. I kept asking for an itinerary or vouchers and they didn't provide anything until five days before the start. I upgraded the hotels and while nice, the BA hotel was right next to a music festival weekend with loud music most nights, Iguazu was a better experience except i saw that they booked the hotel through Expedia. I could have done that directly. In Salta, they provided a city tour which was only a small mountain view that lasted a few hours. It would have been better for an all day Calafate day, with more to see. It was good to use a Tour operator for my first trip, but would book direct if going back. Airport transfers were very easy.
