  The itinerary was very good, although more time at each stop would have been great. This is hard to do in such a short tour. Our tour director, Isabelle, was excellent - she was most professional, friendly and went out of her way to ensure everyone was looked after. Local guides were equally good - all were knowledgeable and communicated well. Hotels were clean, comfortable and provided good breakfast choices.   If I can give negative stars then I would give -100 stars. Stay away from Trafalgar. On their instructions we didn't get an in transit visa, only to be turned away at the airport. When we queried this with them they told us to look at their booking conditions, they do not take any responsibility for any incorrect information that they provided. We were supposed to celebrate 3 very momentous occasions only to be left stranded at the airport. The best part is that they invited us back to go to a presentation for upcoming tours. No refund, no credit. They have our money and we have a sour taste, bad experience. Never again Trafalgar. You do not care about your clients.Show more

  The Spanish Wonder tour was a really worthwhile experience and a time of enjoyment for us. We gained an insight into the Spanish people and culture and their marvelously diverse country that we will always remember. Geographically we saw the large cities of Madrid and Barcelona as well as the agricultural areas of the south. To have seen Mayer Plaza in Madrid on the National Day gave us a good sense of the exuberance of the Spanish people in celebration. From a historical perspective we became acquainted with Cordoba, Seville, and Granada and their Moorish past. We fully appreciated how well the tour was run and managed for the whole nine days.   Our guide, Atakan, was outstanding as was our driver, Paulo. Atakan is very knowledgeable, generous and has a good sense of humour. For such a large group, Atakan and Paulo managed to get us places in a timely manner. We saw many things on the tour and it was a fast pace. The food was generally good. The accommodations were appropriate, clean and safe. We had a wonderful mix of people from around the globe.Show more
