Pasochoa: About 7km hike / About 935 m elevation gain (3314 up to 4208 m). Corazon: About 12 km hike / About 1015 m elevation gain (3700 up to 4724 m). Ilinizas: About 12 km hike / About 1155 m elevation gain (3956 up to 5119 m). Cotopaxi summit: About 6 km hike / About 1042 m elevation gain (4881 up to 5897 m). Chimborazo summit: About 6.3 km hike / About 1043 m elevation gain (5262 up to 6252 m)

Can some of the hiking items be rented at the location there (crampons, harness, sleeping bags if needed and so on ...)?

We are planning to add another 4-5 days like an extension of our trip to visit other places of Ecuador after the above expedition. Places such as Galápagos Islands, Santa cruise Islands, Lava tunnels or any other interesting Ecuador packages. Do you have such packages to be added to the end of the tour above? If yes, please send me information. And also will there be more discount if we choose both packages?

I am an avid mountain fan and was until now only in Germany, Switzerland and Austria on the road. Since we liked the charm of Ecuador very much and there is a huge selection of mountains for semi-experienced climbers we have decided for this tour. The 10 days of the tour will be fully utilized and the difficulty of the mountains will gradually increase. To be sufficiently acclimatized, we climbed 3 "lower" mountains before we ventured to the first big volcano, Cotopaxi at almost 6000m. The climb was not easy, but exactly the adventure we had wanted. After a day off to rest, we then went to climb Chimborazo. This mountain is a lot more technical than Cotopaxi but with the professional instruction of our guides we always felt safe and well prepared. I can highly recommend this tour to every mountain fan, as the experience and the view are unique! Many thanks to Gulliver for the great planning and these memories!Show more

  Indeed, we do offer the possibility to rent any missing climbing gear direclty on site. We owe all the technical gear in different sizes. For that we have a form with all the items rental prices that we can share with the customer.
