Hotels were also excellent. We believe we got the most of our short visit to Morocco and we will come back for more.Show more

  My wife and I booked a 6 day Imperial Cities Tour of Morocco with TourRadar and We have a very mixed feelings about the trip because of the following reasons. (1) Our tour was booked through TourRadar but they ended up sub-contracting it to Easy Transfers tour company. (2) The tour itinerary was changed without our consent. The initial itinerary had Tangiers which was removed and Marrakesh was added. Personally I feel that the 6 day tour became more like a 4.5 days tour after the itinerary was changed.. This updated itinerary was only shared with us approximately 4 days before the tour start despite several requests. (3) We had to wait more than two hours before we were able to connect with the driver who was supposed to pick us up from Casablanca airport.. We could have taken the cab to the hotel ourselves but the agent who sent us itinerary knew the name of the hotel but not the address. (4) The journey from Fes to Marrakech through the mountains was almost 11 hours by mini bus. It was very tiring. Had we known, we would have taken a flight. (5) The guides in Rabat and Fes were good but I can’t say the same for others. The drivers of the mini buses were excellent. (6) Communications with the company was poor. The contact details of the driver or the guide were not communicated to us. For e.g On the last day of the trip, we were supposed to travel from Marrakech to Casablanca but I had no idea what time we were leaving. Had to contact the tour office to find out.Show more

  Casablanca guide drove us around with us only going into two places , one was a pressure sale of overpriced rugs and the second a scent place which we left quickly. Fez & Rabat guide was good. Marrakech guide was excellent. Our driver throughout was Excellent also.Show more

  I liked this tour. Our driver and all the guides were excellent. The hotels were very good and of an excellent standard with helpful and friendly staff. A negative point is the very long drive to Marrakesh. Maybe add a day to the tour and stay halfway. 12 hours from one hotel to the next is a very long day — also for the driver. Yes we stopped for lunch and the waterfall for say three hours — but a tiring day. Thank you for the pick up from the airport. I will recommend Touradar Gillian GaddShow more

  Our family of five had an amazing visit to Morocco in January. The weather was sunny and cool most of the time. We spent 6 nights traveling from Casablanca to Fez and Marrakech, enjoying the wonderful sights, people, and foods of this warm country. The tour was very well organized, the transfers easy, the communication of plans and activities clear and consistent. We loved all our interactions with the tour guides, staff at the restaurants, hotels, basically everywhere we went! Our driver, Adnan, picked us up from Casablanca on Day 2 when we left for Fez and stayed with us for the 5 remaining days of our tour. We can't rave enough about Adnan who was courteous, helpful, informative (even though English wasn't his most fluent language - my husband told me he also spoke Spanish and Italian), and the best driver! We always felt we were in safe hands with Adnan, on the straight roads as well as the winding hilly roads up to Ouzoud falls and through the Atlas mountains. He gave us interesting information as we passed local sites along the way. He is very knowledgeable, well mannered, and a skillful driver. Please make sure to ask for Adnan! We saw the Imperial Cities where we picked up a local guide arranged for us by the tour company. All the tour guides were also very pleasant, spoke English, and were very informative - we especially connected with Mady and Said. The hotels we stayed at were basic but clean, practical and served the purpose of a good night's sleep, and had their own charm. The best thing about them was their location - walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We had tagine lunch every day in nice terraced restaurants that Adnan or the tour guides took us to. I loved our visit to Morocco - this tour company is reliable, well organized, detail focused, covers all the best sights in Morocco, and has the best people working there! I highly recommend them!! We were all very impressed and highly recommend them to anyone planning a visit to this beautiful country.Show more

  Communication wasn’t great. A LOT of extra fees to get into sites were not communicated in order for people to budget for them. Some of the guides (especially the one in Marrakech) were incredibly rude, giving us NO time to go through market shops and FORCING us to only purchase from shops of his choice (where he obviously gets commissions) He even shouted at me telling me I’m wasting his time! The same happened with Restuarant’s, we were forced to spend double the amount other restaurants cost with set menus. You should really stop exploiting tourists this way! It gives both your company and Morocco a very bad reputation. It’s disgusting!Show more

  Sorry to hear about this but the tour clearly mentions that the monuments entry fees are not included in the price. Our tour is the best value for money. The guided tour is for sightseeing and not a shopping tour. You can do this at your own free time. The guide was not rude to you, he was simply asking you to follow the group. We don't force anyone to any restaurant or specific shops. Other people in the group have agreed to the guide recommendation and you could have skipped the restaurant choice rather than accepting it and later on complaining about it.

  Adnane was our driver and was excellent. The tour guides were knowledgeable and good, and wanted you to have a good tour of their country. This is a good value to see a lot of the country of Morocco in a few days. I got the extra treat of being in the country to watch the citizens celebrate upsetting Belgium in the World Cup. Good tour/vacation.Show more
