  It was an excellent tour. We got two safari guides named Akani and Shadrack. Both were superb. They tried their best to show us big 5, ugly 5 animals and all the other beasts and birds. Seeing the lionesses is the best out of them. We missed only rhino. The Kruger Adventure Lodge was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Staying in the tent was adventurous. The food was good. We were fortunate to have a good weather to have the best views in Panoramic tour. I have forgotten the Panorama tour guide's name. However, He was also a great guide. Everything was on time. I have no hesitation to recommend this tour to anyone who wish to enjoy seeing animals. It was a well organized tour from the beginning to the end.Show more

Our packages can start on any day (which makes it flexible to join), and our activities are shared with the guests who are also on tour during those days you are at camp. Hence it might not always be the same people or the same amount of people. I therefore feel your review is slightly misplaced. I do however hope that your time on safari was enjoyable!

The reason you had to pay extra was for special shuttles (both ways) at different times than our standard shuttles, since you failed to disclose your flight times until the very last minute. These flight times did not fit into the standard schedule of our tours. To book special shuttles, there are additional fees involved. It is therefore, sadly, due to your own oversight. He told me that he would skip this place because it wasn't safe for us tourists there. He also told me about an illegal gold mine there and that these people would attack us tourists and take everything from us. Then he said that if we really wanted to do it and go there at our own risk, he could take us there, but he wasn't liable for anything. I found that very funny! Because the other participants were discreetly holding back, I first told him that we would then do without the Bourke's Luck Potholes.
