However, we do want to highlight the Abu Simbel day tour for your consideration. This specific excursion involves a drive of approximately 350 km each way from Aswan. It is a long day on the road, which can be quite taxing. If you feel the long drive might be too much, we suggest skipping the Abu Simbel tour. Instead, you can remain on the cruise ship to enjoy a relaxing day of leisure. The ship provides a peaceful environment to rest and take in the scenery while others are on the excursion.

We will be finishing a 2 month cruise with extra luggage. Would we be able to book into hotel 2 days earlier ( our expense of course) and leave a suitcase at the hotel while we continue on your tour?

Could you please confirm the price per person for three people travelling together? Will we be allocated 2 rooms, or 1 room set up for triple occupancy? If it is one room, can you please confirm we will have separate beds (twin beds plus an additional bed) so that none of us are sharing a bed?

  The price per person for a group of three people travelling together is $1760. This is based on triple occupancy. For three people travelling together, the standard arrangement is one room set up for triple occupancy. We can absolutely confirm that you will have separate beds for all three of you. This setup typically consists of: Two standard twin beds, PLUS One additional rollaway/extra bed. None of you will be required to share a bed.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 27th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Egypt Direct Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Egypt Direct Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
