Regarding the tipping, we would like to assure you that the gratuities were paid to the Blue Shadow cruise crew. As this is an obligatory crew tip, our guide collected it to ensure it was distributed correctly among the staff. Concerning the entrance fees, these are converted from USD to Egyptian Pounds (EGP) based on the official exchange rate on the day they are paid. The final amount depends on the government ticket prices for the sites visited, such as Philae Temple, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the High Dam. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the restaurant in Aswan. We take food quality very seriously and will review this matter with the restaurant to help prevent similar situations in the future. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the long drive to Abu Simbel, the final day's activities in Aswan, and the onboard evening entertainment.
