From start to finish, his knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality made my experience unforgettable.
On my day trip to Alexandria, Mr. Bassam was not just a guide but a storyteller who brought the city's rich history to life. His insightful explanations and enthusiasm for the ancient landmarks made every moment fascinating. We visited the impressive Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the ancient catacombs, and the beautiful coastal views, with Mr. Bassam making sure I understood the significance behind every site.
The next day, we traveled to Saqqara, and once again, Mr. Bassam exceeded expectations. His deep understanding of ancient Egyptian history made our visit to the Step Pyramid and other incredible monuments feel truly special. He was patient, informative, and answered all of my questions with genuine interest and clarity.
Mr. Bassam’s warmth and attentiveness truly set him apart. He made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire experience, and his passion for Egypt's history was contagious. It was clear that he loves what he does, and that passion made the tour so much more meaningful.
If you're visiting Egypt, do yourself a favor and request Mr. Bassam as your guide – you'll be in excellent hands. Thank you, Mr. Bassam, for making this trip one that I will always remember!

Bassam was my guide and he made the whole experience even more memorable. Basssm was so insightful with his extensive knowledge of the Pyramids, tombs, and hieroglyphics,also was photographer in Giza and got us to Memphis, Saqarra and the VIP access to recently opened tombs. Bassam even bought water for the workers around the Pyramid complex and food for the strays in Saqqara. Doing a private tour made the experience so much better because you move at your own pace. I even had time to stop and get coffee and some snacks. I highly recommend this company for anyone wishing to come to Egypt.

From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized: transfers, excursions, timing... We didn't have to worry about a thing.
A huge thank you to our guides Mahmoud and Bassam, who were with us every step of the way. They were professional, passionate, patient and very educational, which made each visit even more interesting. Their knowledge of Egyptian history and their kindness really made the difference.

Our driver, Magdy, also deserves praise for navigating Cairo’s crazy traffic with skill and calm. In Aswan, our guide Shady was excellent - friendly, insightful, and attentive throughout the tour. They were punctual and at the start of the tour, we were greeted with bottled water and mango juice, a thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately at ease.
We went to see the Giza Pyramids, Sakkara, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Bassam’s extensive knowledge of Egypt’s ancient history was truly impressive, and he brought each site to life with captivating stories and detailed insights. Whether explaining the history of the pyramids or the intricacies of Egyptian art, Bassam’s expertise enriched our entire visit.
Bassam’s warmth and friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. He was always ready with a smile, answering our questions with patience and enthusiasm. His passion for his work was evident in every interaction, and we never felt rushed, always encouraged to take our time and ask questions.
Yousry was also exceptional. After exploring a site, it’s nice to see his warm smile while waiting for us in the car. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting Egypt – their attention to detail and commitment to our comfort made all the difference.

The guides and drivers all were fantastic and went out of their way to make the trip special in every single way. In order of meeting, Mustafa, Mohammed (driver), Hassan (guide),Bassam (guide), Mohamed (driver), Mustafa (in Luxor), Omar (guide). Every one of them were amazing!! We added on a day at the beginning and saw the newly opened Egyptian museum. We did a Nile dinner cruise that day. Both of these add ons were facilitated through the tour operators. I did an add on hot air balloon ride in Luxor (highly recommended) as well as a visit to the Nubian village in Aswan with a camel ride (amazing!). Again, everything was highly organized and facilitated through the tour. Just so many amazing experiences were had and lasting friendships were made. Best experience of our lives.

Our hotels and van service, drivers and tour guides are very very accommodating, very service driven and even the cruise staff are very happy to please, going above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for us. I love Egypt more because of this tour.
