At this time this is the only tour like this that we offer and we currently do not have any other tours that feature Dollywood.

Can you tell me what the single supplement cost is for this tour? Can you tell me the insurance cost for this trip? Can you tell me if there is a wait list for the May departure?

The rates for a single traveler can change depending on the departure date. We currently do not have any departure dates available in May 2026. The cost of our travel protection does start at a rate of $429.00 per person.

Do you have a similar tour with around 20 people? Do you charge extra for 2 singles? Which company do you use for insurance. Does your trip guide stay with the group the whole time and does he/she come from that area.

Unfortunately, this itinerary is our classic brand and as such will allows allow up to 44 passengers, however they often travel with 30-35 travelers per departure, some months being more popular than others. That being said we do charge a single supplement if guest are looking to have their own accommodations and not share. Collette offers travel insurance through TripMate, however Tour Radar also offers a 3rd party insurance. Our tour managers are with the group the entire tour staying at the same hotels and fully accessible. Due to the number of Tour Managers, we have, we cannot guarantee that they are from or currently live in the areas on tour, but they are experts in the area and its surroundings and are well equip to help any traveler with their questions or needs on tour.
