Are there tea and coffee facilities in the cabins?

Croisi ships do not offer them inside the cabins. However, they do provide complimentary tea and coffee stations around the ship, often 24 hours a day, or through room service.

Could transfer arrangements be made between airport and ship or airport and hotel, before the cruise and the same transfers at the end of the cruise?

Airport transfers can only be arranged on the day of embarkation and the day of disembarkation from the airport only. The operator would not be able to drop you off at a hotel you have booked on your own. We have reached out to the operator to check if they are able to arrange airport pick up / drop off for this cruise and asked about the costs.

Can you tell me what the optional excursions cost?

You can see the shore excursions and their pricing in the link. The pricing will be in Euro which will be converted to CAD once you have a booking. These excursions can be added on the booking until 30 days prior to departure.

How much are the daily excursions on the "5 Different Rivers" Strasbourg to Saar?

Do any of the cabins have a balcony? I asked about the cost of ship excursions and tours because one of the reviewers said Tour Radar said excursions were included, but once onboard they had to pay.

Can a double bed be guaranteed? What is the approximate cost of optional shore excursions?

Due to the size of the ship, the cabins are not fitted with double beds but are mostly Twin cabins which are spacious and comfortable and are equipped with two beds that can be separated. The most dissapointing thing was that despite the fact that the informaion we were provided with (before the start of cruise) stated that the trips were all included in our package, we were advised after the first day on board that this was not correct and that further trips would have to be paid for in addition.Show more

We knew there would likely be few people who spoke English among the passengers but there were enough to make the trip most enjoyable. The tours each day were interesting and well organized. The room and meals were very good value. The pace of the trip was really good. The music for dancing at night could have been a bit better but not a big deal. The staff were most helpful.Show more
