Why NEVER Nyange adventures? 1- 26/02/2020 I sent my deposit of 635 USD happily, having chosen this local agency as per the reviews (seem to be fake though, after all) 2- When the pandemic started, all flights got cancelled, eventually I wasn’t able to climb at all.As a normal result, I chose to cancel and asked for refund.To my surprise, they said they will not refund me anything. Back and forth, we agreed to receive 444.5 USD (after cancelation fees). However, they kept me waiting for logistic & financial reasons. They gave me a date (1st of August). Fine, I waited. 3- The date has come, as expected, no update from their side, no communication at all. When I asked, they gave me another date, end of August. Again, no update. My patience has come to an end. Unprofessionalism at its best. 4- After my last e-mail saying that I will take action, Praise only by then e-mailed back to give him few more days to settle the refund to my bank account by the 10th of September. And once again, the date has come, nothing was received. He texted me to say that he will write to me, as expected AGAIN, two days past, NO communication. This is to say that this agency has stolen my money, has make me wait for seven good months for my refund of 444.5 USD only. I hope my money makes your agency rich (sarcastic tone) I am too grateful that such things occurred way before I put my safety/life between your hands, god knows If anything bad happened to me during the trek, you would have simply turned your back on me, because when money talks, true colors show. To everyone/every reader out there, be careful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU this agency. Last but not the least, I came as a client and I am leaving like an UNHAPPY, DISAPPOINTED and UNSATISFIED one. P.S to Praise, further legal actions are being taken. Thanks after all.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Nyange Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 55 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Nyange Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
