Why is the age limit 18-39? My daughters will be 16 and 17 this year. I'm 56.

This tour is a part of our 18-30somethings travel style, which is only available for travellers between the ages of 18 - 39 to book onto. Our other travel styles, such as Classic, Active, National Geographic Journeys, etc., do not have any age restrictions.

We are 60 and 61 years old. We are fit and healthy and would like to join this tour group, if possible. Happy to answer any additional questions about our fitness.

For this tour it is in the travel style 18-to-Thirtysomethings and it does have a strict age requirement you would need to be in the ages of 18-39 to join, so you wont be able to book this. I would be more than happy to have a look for you at our other Morocco trips that does not have a age restriction, please let me know.

The Moroccan Desert Adventure: River Canyons & Camels is a 7-day round trip from Marrakech covering the desert and cultural highlights, but it does not include Casablanca and cannot be customised—however, you can easily add Casablanca independently after the tour.

My Aunt may come on the tour with me. Would we be put in the same room? How may people would be staying in the tent together?

We would like to book from Saturday to Friday but add an extra night to the trip in a hotel. My girlfriend did the same thing last year, but I can't find the option when booking. How does it work?

When you go to hold a spot or book your tour, you will just add the extra nights when holding the spot. You can also reach out to us after the spot is held or booked and ask to add more nights and we can do that for you.

CEO Hamza was the best CEO I've had so far. He's a very cool guy, and you can tell how much he loves his country and enjoys sharing it with others and showing Morocco at its best. His English was excellent, and he was simply great to travel with. Group Great group, great people, excellent group spirit, and a good group size. There were people from all over the world. Even though I joined the tour later than the others, I was immediately welcomed and fully included. Activities It felt like the main focus of the trip was the two-day stay in the Sahara, including camping, a 4x4 excursion, a cooking class, sandboarding, camel riding, and stargazing. The rest of the tour consisted mainly of driving, sometimes up to 8 hours per day. That said, I still think it was absolutely worth it because the desert experience was fantastic. My personal highlight was the hot air balloon flight at the end of the trip (booked separately through G Adventures). Timing At around 40°C it was already very hot, but still manageable. The temperatures were supposed to be closer to 35°C, but it worked out fine nonetheless. I'm definitely glad I came in spring rather than later in the year. Overall A very enjoyable trip with a great group and an excellent CEO. My only complaint is that it lasted just one week.Show more

  It is very difficult to advise on an age range that will be booking the tour dates, as each one does differ immensely. One departure could be travellers in their 20s another all in their 60s lol. Once we have travellers booked on dates, then we can advise on the group dynamics for a better understanding.
