I am looking at booking this trip for the dates ending on the 2 September. I am a solo traveller who is 24 and was just wondering if anyone else around this age has booked in ?

My Aunt may come on the tour with me. Would we be put in the same room? How may people would be staying in the tent together?

This tour forms part of our 18 to 30s tours. Which means that all travelers must be between the ages of 18 and 39 on day 1 of the tour. Would this tour suit you and your aunt?

Yes, we have spaces available on our Jan 29, 2026 departure. You can choose to share with another person on the tour or request a single room.

We would like to book from Saturday to Friday but add an extra night to the trip in a hotel. My girlfriend did the same thing last year, but I can't find the option when booking. How does it work?

When you go to hold a spot or book your tour, you will just add the extra nights when holding the spot. You can also reach out to us after the spot is held or booked and ask to add more nights and we can do that for you.

Is this a desert camp a hotel or an actual camp? Will we have access to showers? And also for the longer car/van rides, I am wondering if we should stop for bathroom breaks at all?

The desert camp is a camp site, tents sleeping bags and sleeping mats will be provided. There are no showers but there are outhouse-style restrooms. There will be bathroom breaks every 2-3 hours, or when needed when driving.

CEO Hamza was the best CEO I've had so far. He's a very cool guy, and you can tell how much he loves his country and enjoys sharing it with others and showing Morocco at its best. His English was excellent, and he was simply great to travel with. Group Great group, great people, excellent group spirit, and a good group size. There were people from all over the world. Even though I joined the tour later than the others, I was immediately welcomed and fully included. Activities It felt like the main focus of the trip was the two-day stay in the Sahara, including camping, a 4x4 excursion, a cooking class, sandboarding, camel riding, and stargazing. The rest of the tour consisted mainly of driving, sometimes up to 8 hours per day. That said, I still think it was absolutely worth it because the desert experience was fantastic. My personal highlight was the hot air balloon flight at the end of the trip (booked separately through G Adventures). Timing At around 40°C it was already very hot, but still manageable. The temperatures were supposed to be closer to 35°C, but it worked out fine nonetheless. I'm definitely glad I came in spring rather than later in the year. Overall A very enjoyable trip with a great group and an excellent CEO. My only complaint is that it lasted just one week.Show more

Overall, this was a great trip with several standout experiences, especially riding camels at sunset in the desert, the hot air balloon ride at sunrise, and exploring the souks in Marrakech. I also loved trying local cuisine like tagine and mint tea, which added to the cultural experience. The guide was friendly, professional, and kept the group running smoothly, and I appreciated thoughtful touches like making drinking water available and helping out when my card wasn’t working. The main area for improvement would be communication, as at times it was difficult to understand the explanations due to accent and language differences, which made it harder to fully engage with the history and context of the places we visited.   It is very difficult to advise on an age range that will be booking the tour dates, as each one does differ immensely. One departure could be travellers in their 20s another all in their 60s lol. Once we have travellers booked on dates, then we can advise on the group dynamics for a better understanding.
