We organize completely and exclusively German-speaking tours. The German-speaking guide will cost EUR 470 per person for the entire trip.

Are the domestic flights part of the tour package? What are the logistics for booking these flights?

There are 3 flights during the tour: New Delhi - Varanasi, Varanasi - Khajuraho, and Udaipur - New Delhi. The flight from Varanasi to Khajuraho is suspended, so we will provide train or car transport instead. The cost for the other 2 flights is NZD 190 per person.

Are your tours ABTA bonded? Are we able to book and pay for the internal flights in India through you? If so are these ATOL bonded? Can you provide an example of the type of 'good standard' 3 star accommodation that's included please. Once booked is the price guaranteed? If I book with the discounted offer price, do you still offer interest free payment instalments for the balance?

We are not ABAT and ATOL bounded company as both are applicable for UK company and we are Indian Company and based in New Delhi. During the Tour the hotels will be 3 Star Deluxe category of hotels like 3.5. Once you booked the tour, there is no additional charges. Internal and international flight is not included in this price. We will do instalments payment. If you book this tour for February 2024 we will offer you the discount price.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Holidays At. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Holidays At will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
