  The 8 days Montenegro Sailing Tour was a real treat and a great way of seeing the stunningly beautiful Bay of Kotor while avoiding the crowds and traffic. Every morning we got up to a delicious breakfast, and were able to swim, snorkel, kayak and paddle board numerous times in the day which was bliss. The trip was made extra special by the excellent care, good humour and professionalism of the captain and boat crew. We were given an overview of the day's activities each morning, with plenty of time for relaxing, plus great shore visits to beautiful towns and villages. The food provided by the on board chef was delicious and generous with plenty of fresh fruit. The gulet itself was beautifully appointed and spacious with loads of different day beds in the sun or shade so you could spread out. And the rooms were comfortable and a good size with reasonable storage space. The tour was easy to organise with great communication and information provided. I highly recommend this tour as a truly memorable experience and an amazing way to see this beautiful bay and coast line.Show more

  The Montenegro gulet cruise was beautiful, calm, and relaxing. The captain and boat crew provided excellent service. The chef and food were amazing! The rooms were cleaned everyday. It was not pleasant having to put the toilet paper in a trashcan but understood the need to do this on a boat. We were disappointed that the air conditioning was not used much for the rooms. It was difficult to sleep at night in a small room with no air conditioning. They should at least provide fans in the rooms. The gulet was spacious and allowed enough room for the 12 passengers. The communication about each day's itinerary could have been better. We had to ask each day where we were going and what the plan was. It was a shame the crew didn't attempt to put up the sails despite having enough wind on some days. It seemed that it would have been too much trouble for them, but it would have been nice for us to experience sailing. Overall, the trip was amazing with beautiful scenery in Montenegro. I would recommend this trip!Show more

  We were informed that we had been upgraded but find that hard to believe as one of our cabins leaked badly on our clothes and the furnishings on the boat needed some upgrading. We missed one off our trips because we were informed the weather was bad so we never got to Bar for the unesco visit to St Nicholas. The drinks onboard were very expensive and as we spent more nights at anchor hence having to pay more for our drinks.Show more

  Sadly we were not on the gulet that we were booked on and was told it was due to licensing issues, one day before...
  Sadly we were not on the gulet that we were booked on and was told it was due to licensing issues, one day before embarking. We were informed we were upgraded to the white swan which we all believed was in poor maintenance condition, staff told us it was the only boat sailing out of 7 yachts owned by DM Yachting. Do not appreciate being lied to. Positives are we had great food, wonderful staff, but the sleeping conditions were horrid without air conditioning. Cannot understand how cabins were allocated, a couple from Perth had the deluxe master suite and we were a group of six booking through you, I would have thought we would have been given this option. Facilities on board are very tired, table does not fit 12 comfortably around it, let alone 14(7 cabins) our cupboard door had fallen off in our cabin where life jackets located, varnish on tables was buckled and peeling, looked atrocious. Our main disgruntlement was the price of alcohol, it was outright gouging and as we were a lot of time on board through their sailing itinerary, (bad weather) our alcohol tally was horrendous. A shot of baileys was 5 euro for a small measure and the most we saw this charged in major hotels was 3 euro, mostly 2.50 euro. A small bottle of beer was 4 euro, continually served warm. We realise these companies have done it tough, but I think alcohol prices should be on their website to forewarn passengers, also some guests had their own alcohol on board and this appeared to be ok. Yet we were advised no alcohol on board. We missed out on our town tours and going to the port we were all looking forward to, and thought this would have been made up, in the course of the trip. For us it was disappointing and I would not recommend DM Yachting again.Show more
