We booked the trip Nepal at a glance via tourradar and Himalaya Treks and Tours and were very satisfied from planning to departure. Bhagwat adapted the trip to our wishes and included additional activities. He was always available both during the planning and the course of the trip and responded very quickly. He welcomed us on site and we enjoyed a final dinner together on the last evening. We had different guides along the way: Kapil in the Kathmandu Valley became a friend, Harry in Chitwan took us on an extra walking safari and we stood just a few meters away from a rhino. In Lumbini, Rasul recommended a meditation session with the monks, which was very impressive. In Kathmandu we had an extra day off and immediately felt very comfortable. If food is not included, you don't have any problems buying your own food, which was always so delicious that we already miss it at home. All the people, and I really mean all the people we met on the street, in caves, at temples, in hotels or anywhere else were so friendly. We felt welcome and well looked after at all times. The atmosphere in Nepal is unique. Indescribable if you haven't been there before. The most important destinations for us were Chitwan, Lumbini, Patan and the Namoubuddha monastery. The roads in Nepal are so catastrophic that they are a sight in themselves. As a result, even longer journeys to different places are entertaining. Nepal is worth a trip and we can recommend Himalaya Treks and Tours without reservation. A big thank you to Bhagwat, Kapil (also for the informative book which is still handy for evening reading on my bedside table), Harry, Rasul and everyone else who made this trip the experience it was - an unforgettable and incomparable memory.
