  It has been a blast and we had so much fun in this trekking trip to ABC. Bishnu is absolutely an amazing guide; he was friendly, warm, humourous, and to my liking, with the right amount of care and guidance, yet flexible and accommodating. Always looking out for all of us, Bishnu and his team gave us such incredible assistance and support in helping us get to our destination and back. We also have had insightful conversations and leant so much about the local culture and ways of life in the mountains. I cannot recommend Himalayan Sanctuary enough, and I would endorse them if you need any hiking and trekking assistance to any of your expedition in Nepal. Top rated!Show more

  The idea of ABC trek started before COVID and Finally became a reality in March 2024. Three of us who went to engineering school many eons ago picked Bishnu as our guide based on a very good small trek experience one of us had with him on a previous visit to Nepal last year. We had several calls with Bishnu over several months prior to the trek and he answered many questions very honestly that boosted our confidence in him, and we committed to this trek. We were warmly welcomed at Kathmandu airport by Bishnu and team on March 23, 2024. Prior to embarking on the trek, we were briefed on some changes to the daily trek that Bishnu had custom tailored based on our age and abilities. Bishnu was very attentive to our needs and abilities and made very wise adjustments as we progressed. When it rained and snowed along the way, Bishnu guided us through all of it making sure we didn’t fall and get injured on the way. At each stop along the way Bishnu & team (Bishnu & Bhupen) made sure we got our meals before they ate. During the whole 9 days we felt we were part of Bishnu’s family. At various overnight stays, we all played card games and really bonded like brothers. We could not have than this trek without Bishnu’s expertise and guidance.   I would like to highly recommend Himalaya Sanctuary. This Annapurna Base Camp is my first trekking in Nepal, the entire trip spend about 14days included first day inThamel, 2nd day in Pokhara, same as the last 2 days. The trekking days is about 10days. Package was all included accommodation, meal at mountains, except lunch and dinner at Kathmandu and Pokhara. We also amazed by the farewell dinner organised and accompanied by Bishnu and Prem who are the chairman of Himalayan Sanctuary. They also arranged an experience tour guide and strong porter to Annapurna Base Camp. Everyday Bishnu monitor our tour nin mountain ensure we are pleasant and safe along the journey, thanks. Although due to weather we unable trek further to base camp from Bamboo, the experience tour guide name Pancha purpose alternative to trek to another village. Overall we are so happy and appreciate what Himalayan Sanctuary arranged for us, thank you to Bishnu, Prem, Pancha and Bubian.Show more
