All the services were first rate and they were the most communicative operator I have ever dealt with. We also added on a short tour and again everything was excellent. Our meeting with the Alpine club of Himalaya has only been positive. Sujan, the director, suggested an itinerary based on what we wanted to experience. Our trip went to Chitwan National Park, Lumbini Buddha's birthplace and then continue on to Pokhara. Two of us three were going on a hike for 4-5 days. We learned that the Alpine Club of Himalaya had a great wish that we had good experiences all the way. Hotels and guides attached to our trip over all expectations. And when one of us got sick on the hike from Pokhara- Poon Hill, the guide and managing director Sujan followed up in different ways through visit and phone contact with the the one of us who was sick and in hospital for 2-3 days. Back at the hotel Alpine hotel and apartment we had nice days in Kathmandu. If we were to tired to walk around and just needed som rest, we could sit down in the hall of the hotell where we also met other tourists from Australia, India, China, Israel and Spain to name a few. We also used the top roof where we could sit with a light meal and a drink, where we had a great view of the city. My advice is to take the time to experience the places you go to without stress, do not be too hectic. Instead, you can plan a new trip with the Alpine Club of Himalayas next year!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 35% is required to confirm your booking with Alpine Club of Himalaya. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Alpine Club of Himalaya will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
