About the hotels according to our policies and general terms and conditions: Location and comfort. As stated in our terms and conditions, which are publicly available for review even before booking your tours, our hotels are not always located in the city center but may be situated on the outskirts. They always have nearby public transportation so that guests can explore the city on their own. While it's true that the Novotel Paris East (which is on you photos) is in a peripheral neighborhood, we want to clarify that it is a safe area, and we have not received any complaints from guests regarding this matter. Additionally, several colleagues from our office have stayed at this hotel to assess the quality of our services and have never reported any safety concerns or homeless individuals in the vicinity.
Regarding the optional tour to the Moulin Rouge show, please note the following: There is a clear notice stating: "During the period of celebration of the Olympic Games in the city, traffic restrictions and alterations will be implemented that will affect the normal development of this excursion." According to our general conditions, if there is not a minimum group to conduct the excursion or due to force majeure, we may be required to cancel the excursion, and a full refund will be issued via the original payment method. Furthermore, we have no record of you purchasing this optional tour. Regarding Europamundo's bilingual nature
