  This was our first time on an overnight train and it was good fun. The mountain resort in Mai Chau had a super view of the lake, Halong Bay was stunning, and Hoi An charming. The food was lovely throughout. The whole trip was worth the money. Highly recommend this well-paced Vietnam tour!Show more

  This was the best budget tour package we have ever taken – you pay less but get so many things, and it was worth every single cent. We started in Hanoi, enjoying the lively Old Quarter before taking the stunning overnight cruise on Halong Bay. Then came one of the highlights: the mountain resort in Mai Chau, which offered a really good view of the surrounding hills and rice fields – peaceful, green and perfect for relaxing. After that we had a good overnight train experience from Hanoi down to Da Nang, which added a fun and authentic touch to the journey. Hoi An’s charming ancient town with its lanterns and riverside atmosphere was lovely, and we finished in energetic Ho Chi Minh City. Despite the affordable price, the itinerary covered so much of Vietnam – from the north to the centre and south – without ever feeling rushed. A big thank you to TourRadar and the Legend Travel Team for organising everything so well. The hotels, transfers and local support were all better than we expected for the cost. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for great value and a complete Vietnam experience. We would happily book with you again!Show more

From Hanoi’s lively streets to the breathtaking beauty of Halong Bay, the historical treasures of Hue and Hoi An, and the vibrant energy of Ho Chi Minh City — everything was perfectly planned and smoothly executed. The guides were knowledgeable, warm, and truly made each destination come alive. Accommodations were excellent, and every transfer was seamless. We only wish we had extended our trip to explore Phu Quoc Island and Cambodia, which we’ll absolutely include in our next adventure!   The tour in general was very good with one major exception, the overnight Train to DaNang was an experience we never want to repeat we would rather have flown and stayed an extra night in Hoi An. Mr Danny was excellent, he helped to sort out a major problem for us and was always available. Halong Bay was outstanding, Fantastic Boat, the scenery was amazing and the food was excellent.Show more

The hotel in Hanoi was a disaster, broken door lock, leaking shower, locked AC so you couldn't use the heater even though it was 10°C, Breakfast staff roll thier eyes at the guests, etc. The tour coordinator was friendly and helpful, some of the day tour guides were great but over all would run far from the tour company.Show more
