When we checked with you daily on how your day had gone, your feedback was: June 1: Jane was a “Wonderful guide, very organised and knowledgeable” and you had “a lovely day with her.” June 2: You confirmed that Hakone and Mt. Fuji went well, with the only suggestion being to advise future travellers to carry a jacket due to the cooler temperatures. June 3: You requested a last-minute change from the confirmed Kyoto bike tour to a walking tour, which our team arranged. June 4: Your fellow traveller wrote, “Hiroshima was really Fabulous, thanks for making it happen,” while another guest described Mariko as wonderful. June 5: You told us, “Tour With Riku today was excellent.” We also note that all scheduled transfers were completed on time during the tour. Our tours are conducted each day by expert, English-speaking local guides with in-depth knowledge of the sights and destinations being visited. As is evident from the feedback shared by you and your fellow group members, the daily comments regularly referred to the individual guides by name and positively acknowledged their service. As an additional service, our team reconfirms the meeting time and arrangements via WhatsApp the day before, ensuring guests know exactly when they need to be ready at their hotel. WhatsApp also provides 24/7 on-tour support, which proved particularly useful in accommodating your last-minute requests, including adding the Hiroshima tour and changing the confirmed Kyoto bike tour to a walking tour. We acknowledge that there was an issue with the QR code for the Hiroshima return train, which our team worked to resolve, and we understand that this was frustrating. As this Hiroshima arrangement was organised at very short notice for the following day, our team was also coordinating the associated tickets, guide arrangements and next morning's meeting details within a limited timeframe. We also don't see any comments about 2 of your hotels being upgraded to 5 Stars in Tokyo and in Osaka on a otherwise 4 Star tour. We are a passionate team and genuinely value constructive feedback.
