  We had an absolutely fantastic trip with yolo tours. Its really was a once in a lifetime trip and they had thought of every detail to make our trip so special. We loved every minute of the trip thanks to the hard work of the yolo tour team, our driver vikram and the three great guides we had in each city. The service was incredible, and they really tailored it to suit our needs from initial communication at the point of booking through to delivery. All the hotels selected were fantastic, especially in jaipur and agra, and they'd built some relaxation time into the intinery for us after the drive travel days, which initially we didn't think we needed but we did. The intinery was very well planned and a good balance of seeing lots of monuments and learning lots about the local culture and history. We can't thank you enough for Such a fab trip... We most definitely will be booking any future tours with yolo, and also be recommending to all our friends and family. Thank you yolo tours team!Show more

  Accomodation for this tour was outstanding, exceeding our expectations. The guides were really knowledgeable, funny and made us feel welcome. For the price this tour gave us a lot more that what we expected. Lunch is really your option - reading a review before I assumed they took you to really expensive restaurants, but if you tell them you only want to pay local price (about $3 AUD per meal) they’ll take you to some great, safe restaurants. The restaurants they took us too were actually really great and had the yummiest, cheap traditional foods, as well as other western options too. Our driver was such a nice guy too he was so helpful and friendly throughout the tour which really made a difference to our experience (Mr Singh). The monuments, parks and sites we visited were really interesting to see and gave us insight into the culture, as well as allowing us for some great picture opportunities. Would recommend this tour to anyone, us three Aussie girls had such a great time.Show more

  Excellent driver (Mr Singh) linked the whole trip together - comfortable vehicle and great driving skill. We only had 5 days and this tour gave us a good insight into this region of India. The guides were very knowledgable and willing to talk about the place history away from the crowds and in the shade.Show more

  It was all in all a decent experience. I was travelling alone so I had to pay thr single supplement, which amounted to basically doubling the price for the tour. Originally, I thought that was costly, but as it turned out, it was a private tour and so I thought it was a very good deal. The driver was nice and he also took me to additional places I wanted to go to. The guides were generally OK although I didn't like the fact that the ones in Agra and Jaipur wanted me to give them written feedback on the spot. The hotel in Agra was the best one although the fact that I stayed near to the lobby meant there was quite a bit of noise. The hotel in Delhi was adequate and its food was great. The hotel in Jaipur was disappointing. Not only did it look run-down and poorly maintained, there were also electricity and Wi-Fi issues, on top of a very limited selection of items for breakfast.Show more

  We did budget golden triangle, 5D/4N Paid 305usd, guides were working on commision with many shops so we stop at...
  We did budget golden triangle, 5D/4N Paid 305usd, guides were working on commision with many shops so we stop at overpriced shop at least 3 times a Day (and spent only 1 hour at the Taj Mahal!!!). Hotels were dirty even for Indian standards, pubic hair on the sheets, etc... The tour includes only the nights at the hotel and transport. You must pay for every entrance, tips (which are requested buy your own guides!!!!!!!!!!!) and food, but you are not allowed to choose where to eat and the restaurants are super expensive (I'm sure there is a commision been paid here too). To be short: crappy, poor quality guides (except the guide from Jaipur), bad hotels. You will feel like a walking Wallet, because everybody is trying to take money from you.Show more

  It is always sad to read a feedback from a guest who has had a less than satisfactory experience. This is specially so because we see the business as an option for engaging with people and making friends with people who arrive into our lives from nowhere. Our tour cost do not include the monument entrance fees and any meal other than breakfast and it is mentioned in the section of services not included in the cost . Monument entrance fees are paid separately during tour. This way you only pay for the monuments you visit. Our guide suggest restaurants to guest for other meals but it is only guest choice where to eat, about pricing yes the restaurants suggested by guide are little expensive as compare to the local restaurants because of the food quality. We prefer to take our guest to the restaurants which are hygienic and provide fresh food. On the matter of hotels we provide hotels that have been approved by past guests. Wherever possible we look for local charm as this would be a unique experience. However this does not mean that what has been appreciated with past guest would be to the liking of prospective traveler too. Upon arrival we provide printed travel itinerary and travel related documents to our every guest. During this process of giving documents we clearly mentioned the guest services included and not included in the tour to the guest. The guest did not raise any question regarding the monument fees and extra meals. It is our normal routine to call our guest to check if they are happy with services during the tour. Our representative spoke to the guest 2 times during the tour and asked the guest if they are happy with the tour. Even the guide feedback form does not show any dissatisfaction of the service provided. We deeply regret the negatives that the guest has listed and request their pardon.
