The whole process has been a joy from initial contact with Amit deciding where and what to do to finally taking the tour; it exceeded our expectation and provided us with memories to treasure.
The choice of hotels was varied, from a traditional heritage to a 5 star but each one was distinctive and it would be difficult to fault any of them. Out trip was exceptionally well planned and executed. During the trip we were assigned a driver Rahul, who followed us throughout the tour. Rahul was patient, friendly and very good at coping with the infamous India traffic- we felt very safe with him. At each city we had the local guides to show us around, all the guides were passionate and providing great insight of the city.
Our main contact was constantly in touch with us checking we were happy with all the arrangements. Have no reservation about booking your India trip, you will not be disappointed.

We truly cannot find any fault with our tour. Everything went very smoothly and was beautifully arranged by wonderful team of organizers, drivers and guides. Raju drove us for 11 days. He was punctual and king of driving and Navigation. He went out of his way to visit additional requested sites.
At each city we were greeted by the impressive local guides. Each guide was super knowledgeable about their city and gave us lot of interesting information about the monuments, local life and culture. We stayed in many heritage and beautiful hotels
In summary this was one of the best tours we have experienced and thank everyone involved for their friendliness as well as professionalism. We highly recommend travelling with this company.

We always felt so safe with him and he went beyond his job to make our trip memorable.
The highlights of the tour were Visiting local home for dinner, Taj Mahal at sunrise, exploring rural off beat village, Tradition home meal. This was one of the best tour of my life. Thank you Yolo India Tours for providing such a memorable experience.

He shared lot of interesting information about the culture, local food and religions of India. We felt like we are roaming with a friend more than a guide. He loves his job and it simply reflect in his actions. For me the highlight of the tour were Taj Mahal at sunrise, Visiting forts and places of Jaipur and Evening Ganges prayer in Varanasi. Our driver Mohit was a very skilled driver and always on time. It was one of the best organised and friendly tour i have ever had.

We were fortunate to have a private driver, as we were the only ones signed up for the tour. We were always happy when we saw our driver, Dinesh Sharma waiting to pick us up, he went over and above the call of duty to make us feel comfortable and happily answered all our questions about the country and traditions when we weren’t with local guides. I thought it was great that YOLO was always checking on us throughout the tour. My only complaint was when our hotel was changed in Delhi because of complications. We stayed at Hotel Africa where the accommodations were ok, however my only suggestion to YOLO is to find an area that is easier for tourists to navigate the streets if you want to walk to dinner or simply stretch your legs. Thanks to everyone involved for making our trip to India so wonderful.

I had one particular driver for most of the week, his name was Vipul. He drove me in Delhi, to Jaipur, to Agra and Jaipur he was excellent, a very safe and attentive driver. I had 24 X 7 numbers should I need any help day or night. All the hotels were comfortable and clean.
The tour is a great combination of visiting beautiful monuments and local experiences. For me highlight of the tour was visiting local family. The host Arvinder was knowledgeable, friendly and fun to talk with. I learned so much about Indian culture, family and had chance to enter their family kitchen to see the preparation of home cooked meal (Highly recommend this experience). The home cooked meal was delicious (One of my favorite in India).
I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a cultural and adventure tour of India.

Arvinder was waiting for me at the airport which was a huge relief as I was a female travelling alone. I was taken to the hotel and enjoyed a comfortable nights stay ready for my tour to begin the next day.
Delhi was lovely, there was lots to see. We visited temples, and some of the main attractions. The only downside to this day was the other tour guide. He started off great, but I felt as the day went on, that he got less and less interested in doing his job. The highlight of the day was spending time with the family that evening and helping to cook dinner. This was just awesome!
Agra was cool. The tour guide here was very informative and knew every little detail that I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for him. Another bonus was he was took some amazing pictures, and knew where all of the good photo spots were. I found this extra helpful as I was travelling alone and now I have some great photos to look back on. The sites were amazing here. And hotel was good.
Jaipur was my favourite of all places seen, it was a wonderful journey there and it is such a beautiful city. The tour guide was older and had lived there his whole life and he knew everything. He showed me some wonderful locations aside from the tour which I really appreciated. We could do this as I was the only one on the tour.
The hotel was incredible, meals were the best of the whole tour as the others were quite average.
Kewal was my driver the whole time. And he just made my trip. He would have me laughing a lot and in all of the hectic traffic I felt completely safe in the car with him. It was quite and experience. He was always so polite and kind. And if I ever needed anything he would do whatever it took to help me.
I just wish I could have spent more time in India, and more time at the locations we went to. But I chose this tour as it was a real cultural experience. Highly recommended to anyone thinking about it. It's a perfect taste tester to see whether you'd like India or not. I love it!

Our driver Dinesh who drove us for the complete was friendly, helpful and caring. All the hotels were comfortable for a good night sleep and one of them actually had swimming pool as well. We loved being with local guides specially in Delhi Arvinder Singh. He is passionate about his work and we felt like we were traveling with a local friend more than a guide. All the hotels were nice but the heritage hotel in Jaipur was the best. We had local guides in every city and it gave us opportunity to get to know local person in the city, many interesting stories. The best guide was in Delhi Arvinder he showed us the city in a great way that at the end of the day we felt part of Delhi. It was amazing experience to spend evening with his family, we learnt a lot about the local home life , Indian spices and had a home cooked meal. There was not a time I felt unsafe. All the local guides were friendly and happy to accommodate my requirements. Arvinder was the best in Delhi out of all the guides. I loved off beat and local activities included in the tour like Rickshaw tour of Old Delhi and Spice market, having meal at local house (The home food was the best), Monkey temple visit. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. One of the best tours of my life 100 % recommended.

The tour is a combination of 4 cities which are completely different from each other and all are amazing. We enjoyed our stay in 3 star hotel and heritage hotels. The highlight of the tour is home cooked meal with local family in Delhi , Taj Mahal sunrise visit and Ganges prayer in Varanasi. My girlfriend had birthday during the tour and Yolo India Tours made it so special arranging a special sunset boat ride with a chocolate cake. THANK YOU for a great tour. RECOMMENDED !!!!

We had an awesome driver who was always on time, always looking after us. We always felt safe with him. Our tour guide in each city were also amazing. The highlights of the tour was Rickshaw ride in Old Delhi, visit to the largest spice market of Asia, Forts and places visit and sunrise visit of Taj Mahal. We will never forget this adventure and thank you for everything. I would fully recommend this trip to anyone considering it.

Our tour took us to three beautiful cities and one off beaten path village of locals. Yolo India Tours manged to coordinate every aspect of our tour. Hotels were nice specially stay at the heritage hotel was amazing. Our guide Arvinder was informative and friendly and he took us places we would have never discovered by our own. Great tour I highly recommend this tour and Arvinder as tour guide.

It was all in all a decent experience. I was travelling alone so I had to pay thr single supplement, which amounted to basically doubling the price for the tour. Originally, I thought that was costly, but as it turned out, it was a private tour and so I thought it was a very good deal.
The driver was nice and he also took me to additional places I wanted to go to. The guides were generally OK although I didn't like the fact that the ones in Agra and Jaipur wanted me to give them written feedback on the spot. The hotel in Agra was the best one although the fact that I stayed near to the lobby meant there was quite a bit of noise. The hotel in Delhi was adequate and its food was great. The hotel in Jaipur was disappointing. Not only did it look run-down and poorly maintained, there were also electricity and Wi-Fi issues, on top of a very limited selection of items for breakfast.

The best part of the tour i was treated like a friend rather than tourist by our guide Arvinder. He was so Knowledgeable and enthusiastic it is clear how much he loves what he do. He really help everything you needed, any question you had. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

During the tour we felt really immersed in the everyday lives of the local people and loved every minute of the tour.
Our guide was Arvinder, who was friendly, polite, informative and the best thing he loves what he do. All hotels were of a very good standard. I would definitely recommend Yolo India Tours to anybody wishing to visit India.

Our experience with Yolo India Tours was excellent from the beginning. The communication around booking was smooth and they always respond promptly. We were picked up at Delhi airport around 02.30 Am by the company representative who gave us traditional garland welcome and driven directly to our hotel. Our car was clean, comfortable and our driver was very friendly and drove very safely. Hotels were perfect, a great combination of 03 star, Heritage. I am highly recommending Yolo India Tours to everyone who wants to explore India in a friendly way.

The places visited were amazing. Hotels were ok. The only drawback was, some places in India has poor hygiene. My husband had food poisoning from the breakfast of the hotel in Agra. We thought we would be in a small group but we had a personal tour with a fantastic driver. Amit did all the organising and communicating behind the scenes and Mr Vikram Singh was our driver and guardian angel. The hotels were great, especially the two Havelis we stayed in. Mr Singh kept us safe in the Indian traffic and warned us ahead of time regarding touts and possible scams. The car was cleaned everyday and we had new drinking water bottles in our doors daily. The guides were great and their advice and photo taking skills were good too. We had one poor experience with a guide in Ranthambore and Mr Singh spoke to the operator which resulted in an amazing afternoon experience. When I became sick Mr Singh took me to a chemist and helped with getting medication. YOLO, Amit and Mr Singh come highly recommended.

The guide and driver were excellent they deserve 5 stars, but the hotels were awful they deserve 2 stars. We were told they were 4 star hotels and I think they where a 2 at most

Yolo tour provides good packages for your trips in india across different states!
It was good value for money . However, the freelancer guide by Yolo India did not speak fluent english and took us to restaurants and shops that were overpriced.

Here is my review of YOLO tours:-
1. Our Guide Rani in New and Old Delhi was just awful, constantly on her phone. She built rapport and charm rather quickly (first alarm bell), then led us to a place for us to buy Indian clothing, whereby she was given a massive commission. Hence, we got ripped off severely. She didn’t seem to care that the prices were high (for us), nor care about us at all. I would NOT recommend Rani as your tour guide, be AWARE.
2. Tour guide, Vee Jay in Jaipur was Mr sleezy, put the charm on from the moment we met him. He set up guides at places we just didn’t need a guide for. When we said No, he got defensive, and walked off. He left us way too many times and what he didn’t know about the sites, he made up. He continued to walk ahead of us, never with us and never noticed if we were ok. We told him we didn’t want to buy any clothing, so he said that we were going to a block printing place, whereby we could do a block print for free. He then took us next door to a (you guessed it) a clothing shop, when we refused to buy, he walked off. He was just awful. Be AWARE of Vee Jay
3. The tour Guide Atul at the Taj Mahal was exceptional, took care of us, took photos of us, knew the best places to get the best photos. Watched out for us, gave us a heads up on the stairs ahead so we didn’t trip, checked on me several times when my friend was putting her bag through security. His knowledge of the Taj Mahal was outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Atul
4. Tour guide Raj, at Rishikesh was the worst.!! We met him and he threw the charm on big time. He took a photo of my friend, straight away. We all went for lunch together, however when it was time to pay, he waited outside the café, when the bill came, he expected us to pay, we said NO! He also asked my friend for her mobile phone, then quickly downloaded something onto her phone and said he wanted to use HER phone to pay for something as his internet was poor. We immediately told him NO and I suggested he go back to his room/hotel and use the internet there. OMG!! We txt the company and said we didn’t need a tour guide in Rishikesh and wanted nothing to do with him. He still turned up the next day at the hotel, but we refused to see him.
5. With regards to the organiser of the tour Amit, well things didn’t work out as they should. We arrived on a public holiday in Rishikesh (of which he would have known), hence the traffic was bedlam. When we explained to him, he should not have allowed a tour to go ahead on the public holiday (as he knew it would have been busy) he said he didn’t know that Rishikesh would have been busy on a public holiday (that was hard to believe). As part of the tour, he was supposed to organise 2x Yoga classes in Rishikesh, he didn’t, then our awful guide in Rishikesh said he would speak to yoga teachers that he knew, immediate alarm bells for both of us. Eventually Amit arranged a Yoga teacher for us, but didn’t inform our driver Vikram
6. Amit didn’t care about our driver, as due to the public holiday on the first night our driver slept in his car (after a 10 hour drive), second night he was in a hostel paying $500 a night, that is a lot of money for an Indian.
7. Finally. Our driver Vikram Singh was the best. He was an amazing driver, even in horrendous traffic situations. He really cared about us. Made sure we had enough bottled water to drink, nothing was too much for him. At Rishikesh Amit didn’t inform him about the times of the yoga class, so he was outside the motel at 4am, just in case he had to walk us to the yoga class. The last day he wanted to make sure we were okay and went looking for us for 4 hours. Amit could have helped him by letting us know and therefore we could have contacted Vikram. Vikram takes his job seriously and cares about the tourists that he is driving. If you need an exceptional driver, contact Vikram Singh, he will help you out.
All up a bit disappointed in the tour and the guides, it was on the expensive side.

One thing we did not like is that each guide would bring us to a place that shows a demonstration but then tries to sell overpriced items. Please inform your guests about this so they are prepared. We were not prepared at the Delhi store that our guide brought us to and we were VERY uncomfortable and left feeling not good. It was a bad experience and we felt scammed. The loom demo in Varanasi was fine. The textiles demo in Jaipur was bad because there was nobody to give the demo; they just tried to sell us stuff. At least by this time we knew to just say no over and over and walk out when they keep trying to get us to look at more items. I would suggest a more authentic marketplace instead of these stuffy overpriced shops that the guides bring us to so they can get their commissions. We did not appreciate them. They were the worst parts of the tour
