Reply from: Booking ToursDear Customer, Thank you for your detailed review. We deeply regret to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations, especially concerning the Jordan and Egypt parts of your trip. Your feedback is highly valuable to us as it helps us improve our services. We appreciate your positive words about our tour guides in Israel, Ithamar, Dima, and Udi. We will make sure to pass on your compliments to them. In reference to your accommodation issues, we would like to clarify that the package you purchased was a standard 3-star tour. While we strive to provide the best possible experiences, the quality of accommodation can vary based on the available options in each location. With regards to your overnight stay in Wadi Rum, it's important to note that the experience is advertised as a night in a Bedouin tent. This experience is meant to be a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the local culture and environment, rather than a luxury accommodation experience. Similarly, the visit to the Sinai Peninsula and the Saint Catherine's Monastery is located in a desert region where upscale hotels are not the norm, but rather more traditional and basic accommodations are part of the local experience. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the transport in Jordan. We will surely take these matters into account and strive to improve our service quality in these regions. Regarding the incident at the border and the situation with your camera, it's unfortunate that you had to face this issue. As a tour operator, we do not have control over the rules and regulations related to border crossings and customs. Different countries have varying restrictions on what can be imported, including specific types of cameras and other items. It is the responsibility of travelers to ensure they are aware of and comply with these rules. We regret the inconvenience this caused you. Concerning your interaction with our guide in Egypt, Mohammed, it's important to note that he attempted to assist you in retrieving your camera, given that such lenses are prohibited from being imported into Egypt. The additional cost was an unfortunate consequence of the circumstances, but it was not an action intended to exploit the situation. As for your experience in Egypt, it's worth noting that this country is part of the Middle East, and the local culture, including the bargaining culture, is prevalent in public spaces. We understand that this can be overwhelming, but it's important to know that no one is obliged to give money. Your unfortunate experience at Sinai and the booking mishaps is regrettable. We will certainly take your feedback into consideration and aim to enhance the booking process to avoid such situations in the future. We're very sorry that your tour of Egypt left a negative impression. We will strive to work with local partners to improve the overall experience for our guests. We understand your disappointment and assure you that your experience does not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide. We hope that despite these issues, we will have another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
