Dear Terry, Kind customers, we regret your experience during the tour did not meet your expectations. We always consider every report received from our customers in order to always provide a better service. And that's why after a long reflection, we decided to suspend this tour for the 2020 season, and also thanks to your feedback we will offer a new private tour Sicily and Malta exclusively for individuals and small groups up to 8 people. Regarding your experience, unfortunately the current tour was for small groups in the Maltese days, (where you were only in 7) and in the Sicilian days, we understand that this fact has generated problems. We apologize for the experience with the guide during the days of Tour in Sicily, but I can guarantee that he is a person of long experience and knowledge. We hope that in the future you can reconsider the possibility of traveling again with us. Yours sincerely O.Gubernati Director for Soleto Travel Ltd

Can you tell me which parts of the tour are not guided?

    • Soleto TravelOperatorWritten June 2026

Yes of course, furthermore I advise that is possible to pre pay all entrances in either Sicily and Malta. The total cost would be 90 euros while with all local cuty taxes the cost becomes 110 euros

    • Soleto TravelOperatorWritten June 2026

I honestly don't know why our tour is listed as " partially guided " since a local guide is provided during each tour day. Furthermore on the second day in Malta, our Tour includes the Full day - 8 hours ,to Three Cities, Marsaxlokk, Blue Grotto, Dingli cliffs.with transportation and local guide. I will look at that issue, it might be an error when my colleague uploaded the tour, but I can re confirm that is fully guided.
