  When will be the best time to go in March with weather being much more expected to see northern lights and less rains?

    There isn't really a specific time in March that is better than another for seeing the Northern Lights, as the weather and conditions in Iceland can be quite unpredictable.
    For this particular tour, our current success rate for seeing the Northern Lights is around 65%.
    If seeing the Northern Lights is a priority, we also offer a tour called Northern Lights Exploration, which runs for 8 days and has a higher success rate of approximately 85%.

    I have another option to reserve in September or beginning October. Would I have a higher chance then and weather would be much more favorable?

    In my personal opinion, September would be better. The weather is usually still fairly mild in September. However, I can't guarantee anything, of course — this is just my personal opinion :D

  Do solo travelers get a private room? That is the only option when reserving rooms. I just want to check.

    Can I book the additional activity (glacier hike) while I'm on the trip or do I have to do it in advance? Also, am I able to add one more night onto the hotel that I'm staying at or should I book a different hotel?

    You can book the hike while you are on the tour but we do not recomend it as they can sell out. So the only way to guarantee a seat is to book it in advance. You can certainly add another night at the hotel! Let me know which hotel category you want to go for and I will send you the rate :D

    How does it work if my clients would like to add pre-tour and post-tour nights? Should these be requested before making the reservation, or can they be added after the booking has already been confirmed?

    It is added after the booking is confirmed as I need to quote the rate for the extra nights based on the dates :D

  How long are we at Blue Lagoon? What do the Northern Light presentations consist of? Are they mandatory? It says you can book the black lava beach - how much extra is that? It says there is a Northern Lights evening cruise - how much extra is that, what time is the cruise and how long does it last?

    The visit to the Blue Lagoon is 1.5-2 hours long.
    The Northern Lights presentations are not mandatory but helpful, you will learn how to take the best photos of them, watch an educating video and go explore them outside with your guide.
    The Black Lava beach is included.
    The Northern Lights Cruise is an optional add on that we recommend, the price is 12,490 ISK. You can book it on the website of ,,Special Tours'' and the tour is called ,,Northern Lights by Boat''. The tour takes around 2-3 hours and usually starts at 21:00 in the evening.

    The accommodation included is 4 night at hotels, two nights in Reykjavík and two nights in the country side.
    We have two hotel options for this tour, budget and comfort.
    The difference is that the budget is 2 star hotels and comfort is 3 star.

  I just have a question regarding the Last day. It says that the return from Reykjavik is on September 26th, but I would like to know the time to be able to book my client's next flight.

    The return to Reykjavík is actually on the 25th, they will stay the last night in Reykjavík and the 26th is departure day. There are no scheduled activities on the 26th so they can book a flight at any time during that day.

  What actions should I take if my flight gets canceled, causing me to miss day 1 of the tour? Can I join the tour in Iceland the next day after the group has departed, and how would this be arranged?

    This does happen from time to time, and in such cases we always work to find the best possible solution—most often by arranging a transfer so the traveler can join the group.
    We also recommend purchasing travel insurance when visiting Iceland, as it can help minimize the impact of situations like these.
