      I will probably have to arrive a day early and stay a day late, due to flight restrictions. Which are the Vilnius and Tallinn hotels (Radisson Blu Lietuva and Radisson Blu Olympia)? What would be the additional charge for an extra night at each?

Optional tours include: Transfer airport to Hotel, 3-hour excursion to Trakai and visit to Trakai Castle, Lithuanian dinner, 4-hour excursion to Jurmala with City Museum, Organ music concert at Dome Cathedral, 4-hour excursion to Gauja National Park, 3-hour excursion to Ethnographical Open-Air Museum, Latvian dinner, 3-hour excursion to Kadriorg Park and visit to KUMU, Medieval dinner, Transfer Hotel to airport, Half board at hotels, Supplement for accommodation at superior rooms.

    I'd like to know what the tour group size is. If possible, I'd also like to know the age range the group departing on 8/25. Regarding the half-board, I'd like to know if there's a way to get a sample of the menu offer for each meal.

      Max group size is 35, currently we have 17 booked. The tour is guaranteed departure. We don't collect information about the age except for children. Unfortunately we don't know the average for your date. In general the average is 55 years old travelers. Half board at the hotel is buffet. You can choose from many options.

      If I were to book everything under single supplement for now, would it be possible to switch to sharing a room with my friend later? How would that effect the charges?

      Yes, no problem, you can change later single room to twin room. Then we will refund you single supplement fee of 325 eur. Please note that currently we have availability for this tour date but cannot guarantee vacancies for future bookings.

    • For any tour departing before April 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Baltic Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Baltic Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Baltic Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
