How do I make payments for optional tours?

Optional tours can be added to your booking and paid for accordingly. Specific tours and payments details can be confirmed and processed through our services.

Can I decide whether to join optional tours and dinners after I arrive at the destination?

You can decide to join optional excursions or dinners during the tour; the price remains the same either way.

Is there a solo supplement on your tours?

solo supplement is 345 eur. Package price solo accommodation is 1190 eur.

What should I do if I face any issue during the tour?

What currency does the website use? Is $1,900 USD or AUD? What is the maximum number of people on tour?

Price per personal sharing double room is 845 eur, per person in single room 1190 eur. Price of 1900 AUD corresponds to 1190 eur. Usually for May departures we have approx 25 passengers on the tour.

What is the procedure if I do not book any optional activities initially?

You can review all available optional activities listed in the tour brochure and include them in your itinerary on your preferred days.

Are there any tours available during the winter?

Our tour season spans from April to October; we do not offer tours during the winter months.

What is the pricing for the optional tours available that you do not mention. Are there some which are absolutely to do and to see on this trip

All optional tours are mentioned in the tour program, here is the list for your convenience. Highly recommended is tour to Trakai castle and Organ music concert in Riga Cathedral. Optional tours include: Transfer airport to Hotel, 3-hour excursion to Trakai and visit to Trakai Castle, Lithuanian dinner, 4-hour excursion to Jurmala with City Museum, Organ music concert at Dome Cathedral, 4-hour excursion to Gauja National Park, 3-hour excursion to Ethnographical Open-Air Museum, Latvian dinner, 3-hour excursion to Kadriorg Park and visit to KUMU, Medieval dinner, Transfer Hotel to airport, Half board at hotels, Supplement for accommodation at superior rooms.

I'd like to know what the tour group size is. If possible, I'd also like to know the age range the group departing on 8/25. Regarding the half-board, I'd like to know if there's a way to get a sample of the menu offer for each meal.

Max group size is 35, currently we have 17 booked. The tour is guaranteed departure. We don't collect information about the age except for children. Unfortunately we don't know the average for your date. In general the average is 55 years old travelers. Half board at the hotel is buffet. You can choose from many options.

This 8 day tour gives a very brief overview of the Baltic capitals, Vilnius, Riga and Estonia. There are some additional activities that can be purchased separately. The tour is run parallel to a number of other languages, i.e I was in an English speaking tour that also had German speaking travellers. Simultaneously, we joined with Italian & Spanish speaking travellers for activities as well, such as dinners or tours to particular sites or areas. Our tour guide Janis was very knowledgeable and affable, however there was a lot of detail provided and I would have preferred to have more free time to wander around rather than standing in the streets listening to a whole lot of information. There are a lot of churches & castles visited, and I felt that it was probably overkill for 3 small nations. I would have loved to have seen included some real, local activities that allowed immersion with the people and the culture. The hotel accommodation was outstanding until we got to Tallinn where it dropped in standard and service. I paid 3 euro for English breakfast tea and some honey to be brought to my room in Riga. Since when do you pay for room service? That was disappointing, especially because the English breakfast tea was standard in the rooms & I hadn't been provided with any. Be prepared to be fit enough to get up and down some very steep bus steps.Show more
