  We recently completed the 12 Days Vietnam and Cambodia Luxury Tour and it was truly the trip of a lifetime! Every detail was handled perfectly by the team. The highlight for us was definitely the Paradise Cruises experience in Halong Bay—stunning scenery, impeccable service, and delicious food. All of the hotels throughout the tour were excellent and provided a real sense of comfort and luxury. The food everywhere was fresh, tasty, and a wonderful way to experience local flavors. Our tour guides in every city were knowledgeable, friendly, and made history come alive for us. We especially loved the magical atmosphere of Hoi An, and visiting Angkor was simply breathtaking.   I wish to express my deep disappointment with my overnight experience at Halong Bay. I stayed aboard the Paradise Peak, which unfortunately did not live up to its advertised five-star standard. The boat was noticeably unclean and appeared not to have been properly cleaned after the previous guests. While the bed linens were fresh, the room itself had not been dusted or thoroughly cleaned in some time. The upper deck was untidy, the sunbeds were filthy, and the television in the room was not functional. The food offered was mediocre, and several processed items were misleadingly advertised as fresh. There were six other passengers on board—a French family of four and an Italian couple—but no English-speaking passengers or staff, which made communication very difficult. I booedk with TourRadar, specifically seeking a five-star, ultimate luxury experience, but it was clear that no effort had been made to ensure my expectations were met. Meanwhile, friends of mine who had booked the same package with Legend Travel were placed on the Paradise Elegance, which appeared to offer a significantly better experience. It has taken me a few days to send this message because I have been extremely upset about how I was treated, particularly as a woman traveling alone. I trusted Tour Radar to provide the ultimate luxury experience, for which I paid thousands of euros, but sadly, the reality fell far short.Show more

  Neither Ultimate or Luxury - I learned my lesson and next time I'll save about 50% and book my hotels flights and ground transportation and tours myself through Booking.com and Viator. There was absolutely no added value to using Tourradar. In fact. although we were booked into nice hotels, we had a room with no window to the outside, and another with no balcony - when almost every room had a balcony. One tour had 25 people on a bus with 26 seats for what turned out to be over 5 hours on the bus (12 hrs total for a trip that was supposed to be 8-8 1/2 hrs). I couldn't sit in mine facing forward and when I told the guide he said he couldn't do anything about that - no concern for my comfort at all. The itinerary Danny gave us the night we arrived (1 of 2 times we saw him in 12 days), didn't contain all the info needed to know what to anticipate and texts to him were returned with false info or read like AI was answering. I was expecting a luxury tour would be well planned and executed with comfort throughout. I was disappointed and kicking myself for not just planning and booking it independently.Show more
