Is this an organised tour with other travelers or are we gonna travel only with the guide?

Highlights of Laos it's a group tour and we already have 2 passengers booked on the 17th December departure.

can you please provide and more itemised itinerary of what this tours covers. And if there weather is bad and some activities are not possible, is it possible to cancel and get refund of the tour?

These tours are prebooked and almost always operate rain or shine so we do not able to offer refunds based on a single activity due to weather, though we can take things on a case by case basis and of course want to make sure that you feel that you get great value for your trip. Often if there is some reason that an activity is unable to operate (which is rare) then our experienced tour guides will often offer a alternative activity for you and the other people in the group.

Could you tell me the dates for 2024 from Jan to apr

Unfortunately we do not yet have any dates published for 2024. We normally try to get dates out about 10-12 months in advance so we are still a little way off of being able to get 2024 dates.

  British, Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, South African and USA passport holders are able to obtain a 30 day tourist visa upon arrival to Laos at major airports and border crossings. The cost of the visa ranges from USD30 - USD45. You must have an entirely empty page in your passport and passport valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival.

- For any tour departing before July 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and On The Go Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
