Next day took train to Madrid . Start the bus tour. Midway thru tour we had to change buses and got a new tour guide. Also had to move our own luggage to the new bus. All of this at a rest stop parking lot.We told the tour guide not to send a driver the next morning. We were staying longer in Madrid. He didn't relay the message. 8 am Saturday morning a very unhappy driver showed up. Hotels were nice. Each dinner consisted of a subpar buffet. Places to visit were nice.Show more

The first hotel had English. I think that she needed to be more sensitive to that. Also she was not very good or empathetic about people’s needs for the restroom. I had one stop We are as soon as I got off the bus I said to her emergency. She didn’t seem to care much and only pointing to be to a restroom in a restaurant that the restaurant would not let me use the bathroom. Overall Value wise I think the tour was good.Show more

  The space of the coach holds is limited and this determines the maximum luggage authorized per passenger in our circuits: one suitcase per person of a maximum of 25 kilos and maximum measurements of 157 cm dimensional (The dimensional measurement of a suitcase is the sum of length, width and height). Only suitcases of larger measurements will be accepted if they are shared between two passengers.
  
  Penalties for excess luggage: supplement of 50€ per extra standard suitcase; 80€ per extra oversize suitcase and 80€ per oversize suitcase instead of regular. This penalty will be CASH PAYMENT directly at the beginning of the circuit. This supplement will be applied mandatorily as it implies that a new configuration of the transport that carries out the circuit must be carried out urgently.

  Which hotels is the meeting point. Where do you drop off in Madrid? Is this a budget travel? If so is there a luxury travel option? Is someone able to meet us at the airport and take us to the hotel?

  We inform you that this tour includes the Alhambra visit (gardens and palaces). The pick up/drop off for this tour is at MELIA CASTILLA HOTEL, but of course you could spend the nights in a different hotel (kindly note that the pick up/drop off is possible only at this hotel). I would like to recommend you our ENGLISH ONLY COLLECTION: monolingual tours in English, with a maximum of 24 passengers per journey, that include superior hotels and other experiences.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of $50 is required to confirm your booking with Julia Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Julia Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Julia Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
