On their instructions we didn't get an in transit visa, only to be turned away at the airport. When we queried this with them they told us to look at their booking conditions, they do not take any responsibility for any incorrect information that they provided. We were supposed to celebrate 3 very momentous occasions only to be left stranded at the airport. The best part is that they invited us back to go to a presentation for upcoming tours. No refund, no credit. They have our money and we have a sour taste, bad experience. Never again Trafalgar. We gained an insight into the Spanish people and culture and their marvelously diverse country that we will always remember. Geographically we saw the large cities of Madrid and Barcelona as well as the agricultural areas of the south. To have seen Mayer Plaza in Madrid on the National Day gave us a good sense of the exuberance of the Spanish people in celebration.
