Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is encouraging to read that you had an excellent overall trip, although we are sorry to read about the difficulty you experienced with your airport transfer in Madrid. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive at the airport, search for the representative and ultimately be unable to locate them. We appreciate that you also sought assistance from other representatives at the airport, only to be advised that the guide had not arrived. We are sorry for the inconvenience and uncertainty this caused, particularly after your journey. We understand your concerns regarding the €55.19 charge and your intention to dispute the payment. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with the relevant team for review. Should you wish to discuss your experience further, our Guest Relations team can be contacted at globalguestrelations@ttc.com.

Thank you so much for choosing to travel with us, and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so pleased to hear that you had a good trip overall, and that you were able to enjoy so many memorable moments along the way. It’s wonderful to know that your Travel Director made such a positive impression – attentive, organised, and adding to the enjoyment of your experience throughout. Your feedback about the shower is particularly helpful and will be shared with our quality team to ensure this is looked into further. It’s a real shame about the weather in Montserrat – Mother Nature can be unpredictable at times, and we’re sorry the conditions didn’t allow you to fully enjoy what is usually a spectacular visit. We’re delighted that, despite a few bumps along the way, you took home many happy memories – thanks in no small part to the wonderful guidance of your Travel Director. Asked on May 15th, 2026

I have a request for 2 adults and 1 child 15 years old for a trip to start from Barcelona on the 4th July, stay in Barcelona for 3 nights, then take a first class train to Madrid and stay for 2 more nights. Could you help me with this itinerary?

    • CostsaverOperator•Written May 2026

You've chosen a fantastic way to discover Spain from the vibrant streets of Barcelona with La Sagrada Familia, Park Güell and Las Ramblas, to the culture and history of Madrid with the Prado Museum, Royal Palace and Retiro Park, this itinerary really gives you a great first taste of Spain's highlights.

      Adult: EUR 1,420.00
Child (15 years, in a triple room): EUR 1,310.00
All rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

You can add extra nights at Hesperia Sant Just for EUR 91.00 per person, per night. This is the same hotel used during the trip, so it keeps things very simple and convenient.

Once you arrive in Madrid by first-class train, you can book directly at the Praga Hotel Madrid, which is the same hotel we use on the adventure, keeping everything consistent and easy.

Transfers are not included with Costsaver. We recommend booking a train or shared shuttle with our trusted partner before you travel, so your arrival and departure are smooth and stress-free. The train offers comfortable, spacious seating, onboard dining options and lovely scenic views as you travel between Barcelona and Madrid.

Costsaver tours are generally designed for adults and older children, and unfortunately, they are not suitable for very young children such as 4‑year‑olds, since the minimum age to join is typically 5 years old.

Could you please confirm where and what time will be: Pick-up in Madrid on Day 1; and Drop off in Barcelona on Day 9? Is a guided tour of Alhambra Palace in Granada included in the tour? If not, will there be time for me to book my own visit?

    • CostsaverOperator•Written November 2025

At present, the start hotel in Madrid for the tour departing on 30 May 2026 has not yet been finalized. By day 7, you will already be in Barcelona, and on the final day the tour concludes after breakfast at approximately 7:00 AM. A guided tour of the Alhambra Palace in Granada is not included in this itinerary. However, you will still have the opportunity to see the fortified citadel of the Alhambra, perched on the hilltop overlooking Granada. You can book your independent visit to Alhambra Palace at your own expense.

Am I able to share a room with another unknown traveller as I do not want to pay single supplement. If I find a friend to travel with can I change to a twin room when they book the tour also so that we can share.

    Single supplement
    • CostsaverOperator•Written August 2025

We offer a Twin Share Room option, where you'll be paired with another solo traveler of the same sex. If you have a friend joining you on the tour, we can maintain the Twin Share Room arrangement provided your friend books the same room type, tour, and departure date, on a separate booking.

Is passenger transfer pickup to from airport upon arrival/departure included in the package. For visiting tour destination schedules, pickup/return to and from hotels included? There will be 2 couples, I'm confused as to how to reserve 2 rooms.

    • CostsaverOperator•Written May 2025

Costsaver does not offer airport transfers, whether complimentary or paid, so you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport at your own expense. With Costsaver tours, pickup and return between hotels and tour destinations are included as part of your itinerary.

    • CostsaverOperator•Written May 2025

If the four of you are booking together, simply go to the booking page and select the number of travellers. In the accommodation section, use the dropdown menu to choose 'four travellers in double rooms'. Our system will automatically assign two people per room.

Is a visit to Alhambra palace and the Generalife Gardens included in this tour?

    Tour Details
    • CostsaverOperator•Written February 2025

Upon checking, a visit to Alhambra Palace is not included on this tour, however, we offer an optional experience to view the illuminated Alhambra Palace in the evening in Granada's Sacromonte quarter. With Generalife Gardens, regrettably, this is also not included and is not offered as an optional experience. But if you wish to visit the place, you can arrange your visit there at your own expense in your free time in Granada.

    • CostsaverOperator•Written January 2025

The trip will only be canceled or withdrawn if it fails to meet the minimum number of travelers needed to operate. Our team will reach out to you approximately 30 days prior to departure if it will operate or not. Whether you have just paid the deposit or the full payment, if it gets withdrawn, you will be offered alternative dates or tours that might suit you. If none are suitable, you will have the option to receive a full refund.
