The tour itself gave us a good taste of a variety of places in Vietnam for the whole family (including our teenage boys), within an economical time period without feeling it was rushed. The support along the way - both before and during the tour - from Mr Long was sensational. He ensured we had all the necessary information for us to follow our itinerary, resulting in seamless transportation between hotel locations and day tours. Where we did encounter an issue outside the control of Vietnam Tour Fun, Mr Long was there to help navigate and resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We strongly commend this tour operator.Show more

That's partly my fault though. Just to say the organisers do recommend a lot of things as options, but do your own research too to avoid disappointment. - Lionel· December 4th, 2024I recently embarked on this tour of Vietnam and it was a memorable experience that covered some of the country’s most iconic destinations: Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi, and Halong Bay. Transport The transport arrangements were excellent. I travelled in spacious minivans in every city, which made the journey comfortable and stress-free. It was evident that the tour company prioritised convenience for their guests. Accommodation The hotels were generally good, with meals included. Breakfasts were particularly enjoyable, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. While all the accommodations were rated as 4-star, I’d say a few were closer to 3-star in terms of quality. Nonetheless, they were clean and comfortable, providing a good base for exploring. Domestic Flights The only letdown of the trip was the domestic flights. The tour advertised Vietnam Airlines or Vietjet, but in reality, they opted for low-cost carriers. This meant strict luggage allowances and frequent delays, which detracted from an otherwise smooth travel experience. Activities and Highlights Mekong Delta: The tours here were a lot of fun, and the lunches provided were absolutely delicious. Hoi An: Cycling through the picturesque streets of Hoi An was a standout experience. It was a delightful way to explore the town, and the street food was phenomenal – a true culinary adventure! Halong Bay: The cruise on Halong Bay was another highlight. The stunning views of the limestone karsts and the relaxing atmosphere made it a must-visit. Overall Impression This tour package offers a great way to explore Vietnam’s diverse landscapes and cultures. The transport and food provided were excellent, and most of the accommodations lived up to their promise. While the domestic flights could be improved, the enjoyable activities and beautiful destinations more than made up for it. But I want to say how happy I am with the exceptional service and consideration of the company in booking what was going to be a dream trip, including stays at the best hotels in the country (which they managed to book during the peak holiday season). The itinerary was amazing, too. They were ready to make every modification we requested for this tour, and we were so excited to go when the emergency hit. I am very appreciative to Long and everyone with this company for their understanding in my need to cancel at the last minute.
