I am trying to plan a trip to Greece and Italy for the summer of 2027. I have a cruise planned for June 7-14, 2027. Is there any way, especially since it is a year out, that this tour could start on June 14th instead of June 13th? I understand it is a big ask but i wanted to ask just incase start dates could change.

We completely understand why you'd hope the Great Italian Cities tour could shift by a day to fit perfectly after your cruise it's a thoughtful request and shows how carefully you're planning your summer 2027 itinerary. Unfortunately, Trafalgar's tour departure dates are set well in advance and coordinated with multiple suppliers, so departure date will not be changed. However, there are available departures on 11 June 2027 and 18 June 2027, which might work better with your schedule.

We don't book flights. Transfers can be booked on the first and last days of the trip, and if you book extra accommodations. Guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.

Trafalgar tour was very well organised and guide Clarisee is very experienced and sincerely cared for the entire group of 49 guests and her driver. My experience was badly impacted especially at the start of trip when I'd sort help with Tourradar with regards to the flight delay (no fault of ours) that resulted the missed connecting flight which then resulted in my inability to arrive in Rome as planned i.e. a day prior to the package tour. I ended up incurring charges for the hotel stay in transit in Frankfurt as I was re-booked on next available flight ie. 18 Dec (a day later than scheduled). No reply received till later and only informed that I cannot receive any refund for my Rome hotel booking (through Tourradar) for the missed day (17th Dec). Very disappointing as no help was rendered during the crisis and only to end with message that no refund can be given days later. Understand such incidence may be a norm for a tour operator as may clients are handled internationally but do note that to the client, this one unexpected crisis may be his/her 1st and only time / experience.Show more

We made the mistake of booking with Trafalgar for May of this year. After they canceled the trip, they magnanimously offered us a 2 year voucher (as if we have any idea if it will be safe to travel). We are in the process of disputing the charges with the credit card and they are flat out lying in their side of the dispute- they are claiming we have already rebooked (we haven't) and that they had language that said they could offer a voucher (fortunately my wife kept the version that was up when we booked which did NOT have the language). Don't give these crooks your money.Show more
