  Very well organized. Very knowledgeable guide who went out of his way to make this a truly memorable experience. I especially liked his readings of "The Little Prince" on some of the longer bus rides. Be prepared to climb lots of stairs or sit out some of the more challenging sites. The hotels were all good to excellent and food was delicious.Show more

  Jo was amazingly organized, knowledgeable and timely. Always smiling and happy to introduce our group to new sites and information. Her communication and first and foremost excellent; always giving us "heads up" before the action took place. I and three other tour companions were gluten intolerant (gluten free/sans gluten), she was absolutely sensitive to all of our allergy needs even providing bread and snacks when we were unable to eat what others on the tour were. That to me is ABOVE and BEYOND what was expected and most certainly greatly appreciated. She was so very approachable, friendly and fun to travel with.Show more

We do encourage all of our guests to advise us about any specific dietary needs that they may have when completing registration prior to their trip and we will strive to accommodate these. Also, it is important to discuss any special dietary requirements with your Travel Director at the beginning of the trip. Nevertheless, we are thrilled that you observed just how much our guests’ well-being is of great importance to us and we hope that you will join our highly skilled team again soon to travel to more unique destinations.

We recognise that you would have liked for some of the Optional Experiences to have been included in the itinerary; however, we offer these to allow our guests to explore further or to give those that would prefer to undertake independent sightseeing or leisure time, the opportunity to do so. That said, if there are any doubts about our Optional Experiences, their full details and prices can be found either on the Trafalgar website, in our brochure or in the information pack that is sent to each of our guests before the start of every trip. We do encourage our guests to familiarise themselves with these so as to avoid any potential disappointment once the trip is already underway. Despite this, we still hope that you have taken lots of lasting highlights from your time away with us.
