  We had a very good time and had a wonderful tour agent to help us all the way. She went above the call of duty every day for us all. The only event that was beyond the control of Tour Radar is the hotel in Mykonos which considered a lower level room as a 50 Euro upgrade for seniors and persons with disabilities. They preferred to leave those rooms vacant than allow them at the same rate.Show more

  Thank you for your feedback during your time in Greece. We hope you were able to discover the treasures of an ancient world before spending a glorious week getting lost in the labyrinthine lanes of Santorini and Mykonos. We recognise you would have preferred a room on the ground floor; however, each hotel has set rates for each type of room category. Therefore, should you require a different room type than our itinerary, the hotel will need the additional cost to occupy the specific room type. That said, we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again; until then, we remain committed to our guests.

  I LOVED this tour, 3 days in each place was perfect to get to know them and do what you want! Our tour guide Kiki from Costsaver was phenomenal and when I had my back give out, she went to the ER in Santorini with me and helped me a lot BC she knew Greek and I didn’t! Santorini was my favorite! Would definitely visit Greece again!Show more

  Our guide raised the rating! The included meal in Mykonos was top notch but the one in Santorini (at our hotel) was substandard. Athens lodging best of 3 hotels Mykonos lodging was good except lack of hot water for two days Santorini lodging was below expectation (except pool was great)Show more

The accommodations at each location were fantastic! Beachfront resorts on the islands! Cost saver was an outstanding value. Highly recommend.Show more

  Greece Cost saver review on 10/20/2018 From the start of booking our tour we experienced lack of communication with Cost saver. We originally wanted to book the Greece and Greek Islands tour and upgrade our room to a balcony. It took over a week before someone got back to our Booking agent in the US. Then the rooms were supposedly sold out (6 months in advance)… which seemed pretty unlikely. We then booked the Greek Island Hopper and experienced a Medicane during our trip. Rescheduling and communication was not done in a timely manner. Much of our days were wasted sitting around waiting for information or transportation. I also asked for someone to contact me when filling out our questioner at the end of our tour. To date that has not happened. Our hotel room In Mykonos was 75 steps up one way. No room service and not fun to climb 4-6 times a day. Other locations Hotels were 2-3 stars at best. Numerous activities (supposed to be included) and optional tours were cancelled. What was left had conflicting times with other tours. We were not offered any compensation for our inconveniences nor apologies. Although weather is not their fault, Cost saver should have enough experience in the travel industry to know- Take care of your customers. The Greek Island Tour wastes too much time with travel time on ferries (mid-day travel) to and from the Islands. I highly recommending flying to the island ( we did and its a 20 minute flight from Greece). The meals that were included in the package ( 2) were sub-par meals or snacks. The bathroom on bus was locked. We were told they were unavailable because they did not have the proper chemicals. Yet, Cost saver advertised bathrooms on buses. The overall experience with the tour was very poor I traveled with Trafalgar to Italy in 2013 (Italian Scene). That was a wonderful experience filled with great sites, nice accommodations, history, architecture, and well thought out travel itinerary. Much of which was included with the tour. We also had great optional tours that included with well- versed tour guides in each location. Each day was filled with great locations. The Greece Island tour didn't come close. I convinced my travel companion to try Cost saver based on the great experience with Trafalgar and thought being a Trafalgar company we would have experienced the same thing with Cost Saver .
