This is an amazing trip with the perfect mix of built out itinerary and downtime to explore the cities on your own. We never had the same tour guide 2 days in a row, and we only had the same people on the tour 2 days in a row, so be prepared for lots of new faces, but all the guides were knowledgeable in the locations being visited. We upgraded to the 5-star resorts to be at the beachfront resort on Phu Quoc and were not disappointed with any of the hotels. Coming from the east cost of the US it was a 30 hr journey just to get there, and it was worth every minute of that time to now have the memories we made.Show more

I thought the tour was good, The only disappointments that I had was the Mekong river delta, thought we were going to see life along the River along with floating markets, and I would’ve liked to seen more of the countryside. The tour guys were excellent speakers and very knowledgeable, everything was on time. I would have liked to have been with a group of people the entire time as I did not like going out to dinner alone, Danny was excellent also, always made sure I was OK, And he gave me a great ride on his motorbike which was the highlight of my trip thank you DannyShow more

Overall, the tour was very good. The airport transports were always on time no matter the time of day or night. I was unhappy with one guide in Hanoi, however. He was not a Legend guide but called himself a freelancer. He said his name was Hung or his work name is Kim. He provided the city tour of Hanoi. He didn't seem to be interested in performing his job and his English language was poor. He told us very little about the sites we were visiting and usually departed from the group to smoke his cigarettes. He only provided us with a small bowl of pho for lunch rather than going to a restaurant. I think any non-Legend guides you use should be thoroughly researched prior to use in the future. The Hanoi city tour was a disappointment.Show more

- Yellow fever - Certificate of vaccination required if arriving from an area with a risk of yellow fever transmission for Vietnam. Ideally 10 days before travel.
- Japanese B encephalitis - Recommended for Vietnam. Ideally 1 month before travel.
Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 24th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Legend Travel Group will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Legend Travel Group" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
