  Can you please help me add airport pickup in Bogotá to the booking? Can you also confirm availability for My Own Room – Standard and Guatapé Day Trip – Day 7 add-on? For Day 1 in Bogotá, I'm planning to spend time in the city — Gold Museum, La Candelaria, and Monserrate — instead of doing Zipaquirá.

    We can assist add transfers and extra accommodation. Arrival transfer - USD 50. Pre Accommodation - USD 75 per night. Post Accommodation - USD 90 per night. Guatape Day Trip - USD 49. Please note the tour and my own room for this date is on request meaning the booking would not confirmed until we receive notification from our local operations team. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing (though it can take 5-10 business days for Japan, Europe, Turkey and Roamies trips), in order to confirm that all of the components of the tour package can be confirmed for you. This may include but is not limited to accommodations, activities, and transport. While we endeavour to provide a response within this timeframe, it is important that you are aware that there may be certain situations that take a little longer. If your place is available, you will be booked and confirmed on the tour. If it is not available, you will be issued a full refund of any pre-authorised funds. It is important that you understand this process may not be interrupted by a request to cancel as doing so will not entitle you to any refund. We strongly recommend you refrain from booking any flights until your tour is fully confirmed.

    The tour that you are looking at only has the 11th July Departure date, not the 10th. If you wish to arrive on the 10th, it is possible to do so, you can then arrange an additional nights accommodation at the same hotel as the tour is set to start.
    
    You are able to make changes to the tour date, but there might be fees involves when doing so. When we change the date of a confirmed tour, we need to cancel it with the suppliers and change the date.
    
    Here are the cancellation terms as to which the tour might fall under when making changes to the tour date:
    
    Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour with G Adventures/ new tour date
    
    From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit that can be applied to the new tour date
    
    From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show: 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit that can be applied to the new tour date

    As a solo traveller, you can book with the twin/double room price and be paired up with another solo traveller of the same gender. Or you can pay an additional 419.00 USD and have your own room, subject to availability. If you book the "My Own Room" option, you will receive your own single accommodation for all night stops, with the following exceptions: Nights 2-3: Armenia (these nights will be shared with another solo traveller).

    We can only apply the 5% discount to a full price tour since we can not combine discounts. It looks like this trip is currently on sale, so it will just be that discount. You can get your 5% discount anytime you book a full price tour.

Can you please list the optional tours nd associated prices? 3. On day 4, when you say "Continue the full coffee experience in the region of Quindío."     Could you please detail what is the activity on day "3 tour of a coffee farm in the Calarcá area to learn more about the coffee culture here."? Will there be two visits to two different coffee farms?

    You will only visit one coffee farm on this tour. Most of the coffee activities will happen on day three during the 'foodie moment'. This includes coffee picking, tour of the farm, tasting, and a traditional dance experience. Day 4 includes a hike through the Cocora Valley and a stop at a traditional coffee house.
