Please explain why I was not informed about it, so I was not prepared for this expense and did not bring enough cash.

We are 73 and 76 years old, very fit. The system doesn't accept our payment, I phone your office last week, the agent didn't know how to help me. The description for this trip says that the age limit is 99.

I'd be great if you could let me know whether it's possible to tailor the itinerary or adjust the accommodation level to better fit within my budget.

Unfortunately, we don't tailor itineraries. The Totally Morocco tour you enquired on covers most of what you wish to see but not everything. We can help organise pre-tour accommodation if needed. Please let me know if this tour suits.

I am wondering if there is any way that I could possibly pay the $1557 cost (twin room) rather than the $2000+ option (single room)?

Unfortunately for that tour, a single room is compulsory for solo travellers as we don't offer room share on that particular tour. Feel free to check out our 8-day Essential Morocco tour, as we can match you up with another single male traveller on this option.

Can you give as an offer for 2 family - 9 peoples. Family 1: 8 and 12 kids; familia 2: 6,14 and 16 kids.

Unfortunately, we don't offer customized tours in Morocco, and at this stage, we also don't have any packages available that would meet your request.

Does Day 1 begin on the 9th or 10th? Also, will we be picked up from the airport and how will we identify our pickup?

You would need to arrive on the 09 August by the latest. You will put in your details: passport, flights, insurance info into the portal and we will pick you up from the airport.

Are we staying in a camp in the Sahara desert during the tour?

For August departure dates, you will camp overnight at the Berber camp in the Sahara desert, with a hotel alternative available.

What should I do with my travel documentation and Adventure Voucher?

Please print, read and check that all details are correct on your Adventure Voucher and take it with you along with your Trip Notes to the pre-departure meeting.

What if the Totally Morocco tour isn't suitable for children?

Every day was a new discovery with the excellent guidance, knowledge and personality of our Tour Leader, Youssef as well as his local guides. Our Driver Said also kept us safe on the road at all times. Highlights for us us was the Camel drive into the dessert. The visit to the "Village De Cinema" -Ksar Ait Ben Haddou- Special mention of the medinas with souks of Marrakesh and Fes was a real delight to wander through. The xtra days we booked pre and post our tour as add on, gave us the xtra time to do shopping at our own pace. All in all, thank you for a great tour and very memorable experience.Show more

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip around Morocco with On the Go Tours. Our guide Youseff was great. He was friendly, informative, attentive and kept the trip running smoothly. The local guides who joined us at some of the destinations were also very good and had an in depth knowledge of each city. Our driver Said did a great job looking after our luggage and driving brilliantly. Morocco is a fascinating place to visit with lots of history and architecture that is very different to ours. Highlights for us would be the Atlas Mountains, the Medinas in Marrakech and Fes and the camel ride into the Sahara. We had a lovely small (10) group to travel with and got on well which is a bonus. The accommodation was excellent with one exception - the hotel in Rabat which I imagine will be struck off the trip list. My only minor complaint was the air conditioning in the bus which didn't keep things as cool as I would have liked, although my wife was fine with it. All in all, a great experience and a great trip that we would highly recommend.Show more

Great tour to introduce you to Morocco. Lots of driving between cities. The overnight in the dessert camp was awful, sheets not changed from last visitors, facilities not useable, would rather just have a sunset camel ride and dinner or pay more to upgrade to a comfortable dessert camp. Jamal our guide was great. Morocco is truly a beautiful place with lots of culture and amazing sites. I feel it was great value for what we paid (except the dessert camp!).Show more

The trip is really well done. Everything is as described. I loved the variety of types of hotels that really seemed to represent the country. They were all very nice as were the included meals. The bell hops were all VERY attentive which took a lot of stress out of changing hotels almost every night. I would warn anyone looking that there is A LOT of driving from one destination to the next BUT there’s lots of interesting stops along the way. Ample opportunity to shop at the best places. The group size was perfect. 11 people on my tour. Enough to be interesting. Not too many to be a problem. This is an excellent somewhat budget minded tour. I would definitely travel with On The Go Tours again. I really felt like this particular tour makes the most out of seeing as much of the country as possible in a somewhat short time, Another side note to expect to have buying opportunities. You stop at numerous shops that are selling Moroccan products. I thought it was a nice opportunity since the markets can be overwhelming, over priced & lesser quality products. Some may not like so much shopping. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a fairly fast paced over all tour of Morocco. The value is worth the cost.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
