    The physical grading on the tours determine the intensity of the activities. I like to explain the physical gradings as follows:
    
    Level 1 and 2: This is light walking as you would walk around while shopping
    Level 3: This is like a 30min walk around the block or hike 2 times a week
    Level 4: This is if you hike more than 4 times a week and do jogging 3 times a week.
    Level 5: If you are prepared to hike Mount Everest :)
    
    The long walks per day is not an ongoing walk that you will have. It is that you will be walking more than using transport, but there is times that you will be resting.

    Regarding your question about travelling in June: you're right to consider the weather. By mid-June, Japan begins entering its rainy season, and temperatures and humidity can start to rise, especially in cities like Tokyo and Kyoto. While it's still absolutely possible to travel and enjoy the experience, it can feel quite warm and humid at times.

    We cannot provide triple rooming in Japan, the hotels we have contracted do not have triple rooms to accommodate 3 persons in a room. We could request this from the hotels, but we cannot guarantee this for the tour.
